Schöner Aufenthalt im Hotel,trotz Unkompetenz beim Flughafentransfer

Zimmer, Frühstück und die Lage vom Hotel.

Cons:

Flughafentransfer vom Hotel zumFlughafen. Trotz genauer Angabe der Personenzahl 4 Pers.) , und Gepäck, wurde uns ein PKW statt ein VW Bus oder Mercedes Vito bereitgestellt . Wurde zwar korrigiert,aber statt der abgemachten 60€ für die Fahrtkosten,mußten wir80 € bezahlen, obwohl das ganze nicht unser Fehler war ! Vom Flughafen zum Hotel kostete es 55 € !

Gute Lage, großes Zimmer

Cons:

Staub hinter der Zimmertür, Haare in der Badewanne, keine Steckdose in Bettnähe, keine Legefächer im Schrank.
Tägliche Reinigung muss explizit angefordert werden.
Fenster zur Straße alt und dementsprechend nicht schalldicht. Möbel aus den 80ern

The best Staff
Pros:

Beautiful experience
Thank you all the staff but mostly SOFIA and ANNE.
They are very professional in their work and another important thing that I would like to highlight are the costume service and the quality they provide to the clients.

Freundliche Mitarbeiter und gute Lage. Das war’s aber auch schon.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und dafür deutlich zu teuer. Mein Zimmer Richtung Straße war sehr laut, der Teppich hat schon bessere Jahre gesehen und man fühlte sich eher wie in einem Verwaltungsgebäude als in einem Viersternehotel.
