Fine stay and all staff very helpful

Sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück.

Cons:

Tiefgarage soweit ok, aber temperaturmäßig fast wie eine Sauna. Keine Ahnung woher dort die Wärme kam.

Très bien si on prend en compte le surcoût du parking

La chambre spacieuse et propre, le petit déjeuner avec le jus d’orange pressé est un plus , nous avons dîné au restaurant, c’était très bon

Cons:

Nous aurions aimé être averti sur le site de booking que le parking coûte 13€ par nuit , c’était la mauvaise surprise en arrivant car nous aurions peut être choisi un autre établissement pour ne pas être en centre ville et avoir un autre standing pour une chambre plus chère et un parking gratuit , dommage

La proximité du tram enmenant en centre ville, le restaurant de très bonne qualité, le personnel bienveillant, la climatisation

Cons:

Le quartier un peu craignos, l'état des rues devant l'hôtel, et même juste devant a nettoyer

Le personnel de l'accueil très aimable.

Cons:

L'hôtel est calme propre et facile d'accès.
Nous avons occupé une chambre pour 5 personnes bien agencée avec une bonne climatisation.
Le petit déjeuner est correct
Quelques bémols :
Un réfrigérateur manque à la chambre.
Le parking souterrain cher et pas du tout pratique
