Redelijk hotel, niet bijzonder goed.
Pros:

Door een gratis upgrade hadden we een grote kamer met balkon met mooi uitzicht over het zwembad en de zee.
De man van de receptie was heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk.

Cons:

De douche was in een ligbad.
Het restaurant is een ongezellige ruimte. Bovendien was er veel herrie vanuit de grote zaal ernaast waar veel bejaarden te eten kregen. Het eten was ook niet erg bijzonder.
Parkeren voor het hotel was niet mogelijk. Dat kon wel op het grote parkeerterrein van de Penny-supermarkt op circa 100 meter van het hotel.

Lovely Hotel, WONDERFUL staff !
Pros:

This is a wonderful hotel because of its fabulous staff. Nothing is too much trouble, even people with alcohol and wheat allergies like me. The food was very good and the restaurant staff overcame each hurdle with kindness and great good humour. Michael, on reception, was so efficient and extremely helpful when I lost my phone in town and helped me retrieve it. The shower in our room could do with a little work, but who cares when the people who work here are wonderful! Five stars from me ❤️.

Der Garten und Pool waren schön

Cons:

Das Zimmer im Nebenhaus war zum Teil verschlissen, Boden zerkratzt.
Die Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht.
Das fehlende Badehandtuch wurde erst nach über einer Stunden gebracht.
Für die Poolhandtücher mussten wir bezahlen (in einem 4 Sterne Haus!!!)
Beim Frühstück gab es für Wasser und Saft nur Plastikbecher
Frühstücksraum hat Bahnhofathmosfäre

Nell'interesse primario della struttura suggerisco voler disporre di favorire al check in : i turisti più che congressisti o altro genere di ospiti, fornendo loro le camere migliori e lasciando le peggiori agli ultimi arrivati . E' infatti del tutto insensato e controproducente rifilare le camere peggiori agli ospiti con ottime aspettative per averVi scelto e ben intenzionati a recensirVi, riservandoVi le camere migliori, perchè spesso restano vuote, in attesa che il tempo le rovini come le altre, e rendendo così perso quanto speso per rimordenarle. E non c'è ospite che entrando in camera non nutra il dubbio di poter aver avuto assegnata (nella stessa fascia di prezzo ovviamente), una camera migliore! Inoltre un servizio di trasporto bagagli darebbe un tono diverso all'hotel, la cui assenza invece sà più di motel. La colazione poi, per la non modica cifra di 10€, e specie nella patria dei dolci, fa veramente piangere, o se vogliamo, anche sorridere di sussiego. Infine il servizio di pulizia in camera va affidato a personale più discreto e attento alla privacy degli ospiti che non amano essere svegliati con rumoracci molesti al mattino. Sarebbe un vero peccato che codeste pochissime criticità rovinassero la buona reputazione di questo hotel che merita molto di più se solo dotato di maggior cura e interesse da parte dei proprietari.
