Pleasant accommodation with balcony, close to everything, nice pool and hot tub.
Pros:

Loved the location - easy walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants and public transport.
Our room was comfortable, as was the bed and pillows.
Good shower but it was over the bath which may be of concern to people with mobility issues.
Kitchenette and fridge were handy, allowing us to purchase food to prepare and eat in our room.
The pool area was lovely as was the hot spa! We really liked having a bar/restaurant right next to the pool and had a lovely meal there, plus a few drinks.
Loved that there were laundry facilities.
Elevators were good and you didn't have to wait too long (we were on the 8th floor)

Cons:

Probably the only thing was the room servicing. It wasn't clear on the booking that the room was only going to be serviced every 7 days (although we may have missed it)
They were very good about providing fresh linen when requested, but you first have to take your dirty linen down to reception, then they will deliver the fresh linen some time during the day.
There was an issue with communication prior to travel - hotel messaged me, I messaged back - no further communication from the hotel......

Very good for 3 day stay . Excellent location and value
Pros:

Great location. Great room size and layout. Loved the facilities and the hospitality at the bar including the chef who made us the best Tuna dish as we arrived. The front desk staff were lack lustre but answered our questions.

Pros:

Excellent location, just a couple blocks from the beach. Wonderful staff, good restaurant on site. We loved it.

Our room had a slightly funky smell, but we would still come back again, so it wasn't too bothersome.

Not happy!!
Cons:

Staff were unfriendly.
Wardrobe in kitchen.
Noisy room, 3rd floor road front.
Curtains did not block light out.
Beside lamps( lights)didnt work.
Water all over floor when i arrived, i slipped. The fridge was getting defrosted. I ended going down to reception and guy finally came up. He wiped floor with a towel he brought up, and then wiped bottom only of fridge.
I opened fridge later and water went everywhere all over the floor.
Nobody ever answered reception phone.
Very loud repairs getting done at 8pm, and started again around 8am. Not very good when you are trying to relax.

Pros:

Wir waren nach 2024 nun bereits das zweite Mal im Castle Bamboo Hotel. Es war wieder ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war größer als erwartet. Wir hatten 3 Balkone. Die Küche war super ausgestattet, mit großem Kühlschrank, Herd, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine. Es gab genug Schränke im Zimmer. Ein Safe war ebenfalls vorhanden und konnte kostenlos genutzt werden. Das Zimmer wurde auf Wunsch einmal pro Woche gereinigt. Handtücher gab es nach Bedarf. Das Personal an der Rezeption und das Housekeepingpersonal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei Problemen, wie einer defekten Lampe im Zimmer, wurde umgehend reagiert. Der Garten und Poolbereich ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Restaurant wurde von uns nicht genutzt, ist aber ein kulinarischer Geheimtip in Waikiki. Es gibt eine Tiefgarage in der man seinen Mietwagen parken kann, diese ist aber kostenpflichtig. Vom Hotel ist es nur ein 3 minütiger Spaziergang zum Waikiki Beach. An der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite ist eine Bushaltestelle von der man überall hinkommt.
Wir würden jederzeit wieder das Castle Bamboo Hotel für unseren Oahu Aufenthalt wählen.
