had a really great time
Pros:

great location, great lobby and pool area, easy to communicate if you wanted your room cleaned everyday or not

Cons:

small balcony, partial ocean view was a stretch, one lamp and one charging station failed to work

Sehr schöne Zimmer , Rezeption sehr freundlich und hilfreich ! Fahrradverleih kostenlos

Cons:

Die Preise im Restaurant (Frühstück) völlig überzogen ! Parkgebühr valet ist eine Gemeinheit (76 Dollar pro Tag ) und dann kannst du Dir Auto selber holen !

Very good quality hotel. We had a small balcony with a bit of a sea view which was very pleasant.
Pros:

Location close to the pier was great with many restuarants close by - although not as many as you would think given the location. Staff were very polite and helpful everywhere.

Cons:

Access to the pool was either through the restaurant or the lobby which was not ideal, in my view. Sometimes the Cananas were reserved, which denies them to others when it is very hot and nobody is using them. There was access to a toilet directly from the pool, but it was well hidden and it was not really clear until someone pointed it out to us. With many children in the pool at times, this could be better signed.

Great stay in Santa Monica
Pros:

Loved the restaurant and pool. Great location and lovely staff. General feel of the hotel is a great vibe.

Cons:

Mattress was too soft and bouncy. I’m much better off sleeping on a harder surface. Our room was on the backside of the hotel, above an avenue. It could get a bit noisy. Had to sleep with earplugs.

A melhor escolha da viagem foi o Hotel!
Pros:

A decisão mais acertada da viagem!!! A Localização é perfeita!!! Fomos todos os dias caminhar pelo calçadão e assistir o pôr do sol no Pier. Visitamos L.A. de carro, mas nos hospedamos em Santa Monica-isso foi perfeito! O Hotel é bem lindo (bem mais bonito do que parece nas fotos).
