Rico hotel pero creo que el mal rato del primer día no nos permitió disfrutarlo como quizás merecía.

La ubicación muy buena. El restaurant extraordinario de muy buena , pocos platos pero muy bien preparados .

Cons:

Nuestro primer día, estuvimos en tour y al llegar en la noche , la pieza no había sido realizado el aseo. Camas deshechas , basura en los tachos , etc. Ante el reclamo , ofrecieron ir a dejar toallas y sacar la basura. Llegaron la toallas , pero no se llevaron las sucias ni la basura. Al conversar con recepción , y entendiendo que un hotel que cobra más de 500 dólares por noche no puede suceder algo así. , argumentan que estaban muy sobrepasados y me ofrecen 15 dólares para consumo en el bar. Mal y casi ofensivo. Me dio la sensación que les importó poco.

Pros:

La posizione è ottima e l’hotel è carino e pulito.

Cons:

Ci sono molte spese accessorie, tra cui il parcheggio che costa 22 dollari a notte più 30 euro al giorno se esci con la macchina e poi la riconsegni. Anche il caffè in camera con le cialde è a pagamento.

Great staff and location.

Cons:

Pricey. But not more than other hotels in the area. Parking policy is confusing. Turns out you will be charged $50/day instead of $20 if you use your car during stay. The $20/day is essentially car storage.

Hotel location and vibes. The rooms were nice, and the staff was helpful. We also appreciated the opportunity to relax in the jacuzzi, and the pool water was pleasantly warm rather than too cold.

Cons:

We chose this hotel based on its excellent reviews. Unfortunately, our rooms were located directly above an area that was under renovation, so from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. we had to endure the noise and banging from the construction work. Despite the inconvenience caused by the renovation, we enjoyed our stay overall.

Could have been much better.
Pros:

The location for sure. Near Santa Monica pier.
The bathroom was nice, great shower, nice shampoo. When you enter the lobby, it gives you nice feeling, and we were able to watch football in the restaurant.
Valet parking very convenient, guys taking care of it were really kind.
Kettle in the room with nice camomile tea.

Cons:

We had the room looking on the construction site, so it was very loud in the morning, drilling, restructuring ongoing. Manager offered us late check out which was great.
Beds in the room were way too soft, these should be changed. We love harder beds, but we would be fine with less hard ones, but this ones were really too much for us 🥴
Very pricy lunch/ dinner menu, not worth it. We were really disappointed, three meals ( chicken, veggie ravioli and hamburger) one coke and one beer: 177 USD, for the food that probably came preprepared. Would never order there again.

Great stay with one unfortunate misunderstanding
Pros:

We stayed here for two nights and overall had a great experience. The location is excellent—walking distance to the Santa Monica Pier, restaurants, shopping, and the beach. The staff was friendly throughout our stay, and the valet attendants and front desk were always courteous. We also had a beautiful view from our room, which we really enjoyed.
The room was clean and comfortable. I had requested a mini fridge and microwave before arriving, and they weren't in the room. To the hotel's credit, when I mentioned it through their text service on Saturday evening, they apologized and immediately offered to bring them. By that point we had already worked around it, so I declined, but I appreciated that they tried to make it right.
The biggest issue was the minibar. When the bellhop brought our luggage to the room, he pointed out the snacks and told us they were complimentary. We never asked if they were free—he volunteered that information while showing us the room. Based on that, my family and I believed they were included and we consumed them. After checking out, I discovered over $100 in minibar charges. I contacted the hotel, explained exactly what happened, and while they acknowledged they understood how the misunderstanding could have occurred, they ultimately decided not to remove the charges.
I'm not upset that they responded—I appreciate that they took the time to review my concern and reply professionally. I simply believe this situation could have been avoided with clearer communication.
Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay, and this misunderstanding was the only thing that left us disappointed. I wanted to leave an honest review that reflects both the many positives and the one issue we experienced

Cons:

One thing that I didn't like is that the gym is not in the hotel. Is 3 blocks away. But who needs a gym when there's plenty of walking in santa monica. Also posted a picture if the mini bar snacks that were over 100 bucks.
