On arrival, reception was very accommodating, especially as I had to book last minute. They provided a great room with a beautiful view. Perfect for our stay at Santa Monica. Couldn't have asked for anything better.

Nice stay, deposit is a little steep at $300 for two nights.
Pros:

The location was perfect, right opposite Santa Monica Pier and Beach.

Cons:

The construction that was happening that we did t know about til 7am on our first morning. It’s was drilling and banging sounded like it was coming throw the walls.We did ask at reception but they just said sorry, it happened both mornings it went on all day from 7am.

Ubicación y la bienvenida

Cons:

A la llegada te daban a elegir entre un bono de 15$ diarios o arreglar la habitación. Elegimos el bono pero nos dijeron que las toallas y basura las cambiarían igualmente. Se olvidaron de hacerlo.

Pros:

Loved how close it was to everything. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

This isn’t a negative it’s just an oversight on my end. I didn’t know that there would be only a privacy screen on the shower to separate it between the room and bathroom. Only because I had family with, but as a couples room, this would be awesome.

Great location, big room, great shower. The pool was small but fun.

Cons:

One elevator was out of service so it was a bit slow, but I'm sure it's temporary.
