I liked the room nice and big, spacious and bed was comfy, the grounds where lovely
Some of the staff where unhappy looking and came across unfriendly, I found it a bit dull and dark I know it had an eerie old feel about it, which is all part of the experience I suppose, We had breakfast 2 mornings and they always ran out of something ie...orange juice, plates, croissants and lots of other things, We had to keep asking for things, you had to pay a supplement for another choice on the breakfast menu which was a first, for example if I ordered a Eggs Royal it was an extra £5.50 for that so I dont think this should be extra.
all fairly good for a two night stay.
The evening meal menu is uninteresting and not seasonal. Poor selection of meals available and a wee bit over priced.
Beautifully presented
Nothing
Gorgeous period property in lovely part of Aberdeen. Comfortable large rooms
Would have been good to have water in the rooms especially in the heat this summer
Good food in general. Big clean room. Great location and surroundings.
Abysmal breakfast service on second morning.
Awful rickety chairs in restaurant. One broke while a lady was sitting on it. It was immediately reported to the staff who did nothing to remove it. Safety should come first.
Overall very dated.
No bottled water with room.
joli salon et salle de dejeuner, chambres confortables
personnel manquant d'attention, que ce soit à la récéption ou au restaurant
déjeuner servi pas avant 8h
jardins décevants
Everything awesome place
Nothing
Perfect for a large family group
No air conditioning
Beautiful grounds ,good breakfast, nice rooms
Bar a bit pricey
Maginificient old stately house style hotel/restaurant. Very spacious room/bathroom. All very clean. Bed was comfortable. Correct functioning shower/bathroom. Wi-Fi works good. Good British breakfast. Friendly staff. Good food at reasonable price. Correct quality/price ratio (but I got it at a discount)
I liked the location and the room
The room was very dirty, cobwebs everywhere. I didn’t like how 1 day we had the option to choose a breakfast and the second day we only had the buffet option of fry up. The room was also very hot with no air con.
The food was lovely, location was great and hotel was clean and tidy
The receptionist staff didn't say hello when we said hello everytime. The door closers need adjusting constantly doors slamming shut behind people day and night. Internet was poor. Hardly any channels worked in TV. Paid an extra £160 on top of already £300 to upgrade to four poster bed room but felt it looked a downgrade from the already booked deluxe double only with four poster bed. Couldn't watch TV in bed as was in a cabinet not much luxury for the price.
客房很舒适干净,酒店的室内装潢古朴精美
WIFI信号非常差,我只能去一楼的门厅上网,房间里完全用不了
