Really enjoyed the quaintness and charm of an older hotel.

Die Zimmerkarte hat meistens nicht funktioniert und wir mussten immer zur zur Rezeption.
Das Bett war sehr klein und sehr unbequem.
Die Tapete hat sich bereits von der Wand gelöst.
Das Zimmer ist renovierungsbedürftig und abgewohnt und muffig.
Das Frühstück ließ zu wünschen übrig, war ungenießbar.
Für Cappuccino etc, aber auch für Hilfe mit dem Gepäck wird extra kassiert.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was lovely and very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was cooked to order and was fresh and delicious. Nothing negative to say at all, a lovely stay and I would definitely stay again.

Kettle could have been cleaner
The hotel is gorgeous, the lounges are free to use and made you feel like you were living in a Manor House for your stay. The dinner and breakfast were outstanding and the staff was very helpful. Room was spacious, stylish and clean, bed was comfy.
Realised on my way out they had EV chargers, would’ve been good to know before hand so I could’ve charged overnight. Perhaps the staff at reception can ask the guests if they need it, or change their signage.

The quiet remote location, apart from that was overpriced for the level of service and quality of the hotel
Stood at reception for ages before somebody came I felt the staff was rude nobody wanted to help you I asked for food I got past back n forth till I said it doesn’t matter and then breakfast was served in the hallway and any tea coffee and toast came at a very long wait was abit of a sh**t show
