Staff were friendly.
The curtains wouldn't close properly, and they were splattered with something. The desk was broken and wobbly. we have a tube feed child, we must travel with a full feeding set up which requires us to manage measuring liquids etc. We had to use the floor as this was the only stable area. and the floor was pretty gross in itself. The Hot water was ridiculous hot and definitely not to code. Unsafe for kids. The actual duvet was stained. The pool was also out of order and no one informed us of this. this was a big reason for booking this particular hotel. My older daughter is autistic and uses water therapy to regulate herself. We didnt no the pool was out of order until she was in her bathers and at the door ready to swim!
The staff attempted to assist with the poor room effort but were unable to accomodate any solution.

Room was located in a very quiet area (as requested). The location of hotel was perfect for my appointment at the Royal Melbourne Hospital. Also, hotel located in walking distance to RMH. The bed was very comfortable, as was the pillow I used.
No room service for food. No microwave. Otherwise, all good.

The location was great for us and front desk staff friendly.
We booked a twin and we had 2 beds but it was a weird setup in the room with one bed by the bathroom door. Nevertheless, we just need an overnight stay and it suited our needs.
Our meals from the restaurant were frozen and inedible. Rather than remedying the situation, I was told by staff I could reheat it in a microwave. I returned our meals, asked for a refund (which was partially provided) and then noticed a few days later the refunded amount had once again been deducted from card.
The rooms and facilities are very outdated and in desperate need of repair, and I'm sure the elevator does not meet safety standards.
