Happy with the care!
Pros:

Wonderful care of the my elderly, mobility challenged parents

Close to hospital and restaurants
Pros:

It’s nice and close to the hospital

Cons:

It’s very run down. There was a drugged out lady at the front door with police everywhere. The breakfast was way overpriced and terrible options. I wouldn’t use the elevator as it was dodgy as heck

Convenient for the hospital
Pros:

The bedlinen

Cons:

Very tired, worn …a bit like what you would expect at a backpackers. I guess you get what you pay for but don’t expect a 4 star experience

Pros:

Location

Cons:

Looking tired feeling tired

Doona should have been replaced years ago. All the stuffing was in lumps. Chose to remove it and use the supplied blanket which was quite dirty.

Reception area and other areas had severely worn carpets.

Not good value for money.
Pros:

About three kilometres walk from very central Melbourne; about 100 metres from tram stop to downtown; about 100 metres from Melbourne Hospital

Cons:

The room was very old. The whole hotel needs a clean. The windows in the room and also in the dining area are filthy and have not been cleaning for a very long time. A light bulb was smashed in the room. The lighting in the room was hopeless. They advertise a swimming pool but it was "in maintenance" and it looked like no maintenance was happening. Heavy duvets on the bed that were too hot and only suitable for winter. The window in the room did not fit properly.

Good generally except for your staff
Cons:

The female on the front counter was the rudest most unhelpful person , with no people skills at all , I have ever encountered on my stays in any motel in Australia in my 70 years of being on this planet , travelling for business for the last 45 years

This hotel generally met our expectations, when considering the price we paid.
Pros:

Location was very convenient and public transport was outside the front door. Vic Market and the city are easily accessible by tram.

Cons:

Our room was noisy at night and early morning. Lots of banging outside the door. Both hair dryers in the room were faulty.
