All in all we had a great stay and will be returning soon.
Pros:

It was the perfect location for my needs.
The room was clean,comfortable and clean.
The bed was very comfortable.
Parking was easy, and public transport was a very short walk away.

Cons:

There wasn't much to dislike, I'd just like to see an extra bin in the room other than just the one in the bathroom, and the bed side light didn't work.

Love the location and the access to the City of Melbourne that this Motel provides.
Pros:

Great location. Close to the City centre, hospitals, Universities and parks.
Our room was excellent, the beds large and comfortable. Plenty of towels and even a bath for those that partake.
The on site Cafe provided a nutritious breakfast and evening meal at reasonable prices.

Cons:

It cost me $27 a day to park my car.

A place to stay!
Pros:

It's closet to the City, Welcoming freindly staff members, The Room was very clean and tidy, Bed was so comfortable and shower is great pressure. Tea,Coffee supplied in room, Breakfast down in the main dining room.

Good position for appointment and overnight stay at Royal Melbourne Hospitals.
Pros:

Ten minute distance to Royal Melbourne Hospital. Easy access from calder freeway and undercover parking. Room service was handy and the food OK, but small sized serves for the price. Staff were friendly and welcoming and helpful.

Cons:

The air conditioner fan did not seem to be working well. It was stuffy, but not too uncomfortable.
