Une étape courte, hôtel sympa malgré une petite vétusté dans les chambres.
Pros:

L’accès direct en centre ville. L’accueil et la bienveillance de l’ensemble du personnel très souriant. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux.

Cons:

La salle de bains était vétuste et dégageait une forte odeur de moisi et de renfermé. La literie est un peu passée je pense.

Pros:

My wife became ill after a couple of days and we had to cut our stay short. Staff were very understanding and quickly secured a wheelchair to allow me to get my wife to the car.

Cons:

Whilst the wheelchair was produced quickly it had to be borrowed from another hotel nearby. The facility should consider getting its own chair for such emergencies.

Pitlochry and Hotel all excellent
Pros:

Bedroom was a large floor space with a excellent bathroom, breakfast was a traditional Scottish breakfast along with plenty to eat and a great selection of other foods and the seating service was first class by all the staff. Hotel was just off the Main Street in a quiet area of the town and easy walking distance of all the amenities.

Cons:

For me there was nothing to dislike it was just what I was looking for a quiet break.

Great location, lovely staff, disappointing bedroom.
Pros:

Perfect central location. Friendly staff.

Cons:

The bedroom we had badly needs upgraded.It had stains on the carpet and walls and it felt scruffy and needing painted etc. The shower needs regrouting as there are mould stains. The whole room just felt neglected.

Nice for a short stay, handy to have leisure facilities on site and a good selection of food for breakfast.
Pros:

An old Scottish hotel,some of it great some of it cheap and cheerful

Cons:

We were on the road side, although not particularly busy it could get bit noisy with cars and a random midnight busker.

Location was excellent but not in a hurry to book again
Pros:

The location was excellent, you literally go down the road and you’re on the Main Street.
The staff were nice and the breakfast selection was good, especially when they provided you with decent sized cups for coffees instead of the standard small mugs you get everywhere else.

Cons:

The rooms were a bit dated, the windows didn’t open, which I understand why, but in the middle of summer it was extremely stuffy and uncomfortable.
The room I was in had a huge mark on the ceiling which I think was a large water stain.

Room was like a sauna. Telephone in the room didn’t work, asked many times for it to be fixed but no one came.

Pros:

Cons:

Very outdated, rooms not the best, corridor creaky. Not great for parking even with disabled passenger. Half clear windows in the bathroom.
