Friendly comfortable hotel
Pros:

The hotel is in ideal location, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the room clean and comfortable and the spa an added bonus.

Cons:

We were in an annex, but breakfast and spa are in the main building.

Great breakfast, large comfy room
Pros:

Excellent breakfast. Lovely staff. I had a family room which had a superking and separate proper single bed. Really comfy beds and large room.

Cons:

A let down was there were no disabled parking spaces. Lots of EV spaces but not one disabled space.

Lovely Pitlochry Stay
Pros:

The swimming pool was lovely, breakfast was delicious & plenty of everything.
Comfortable bed, nice clean room & bathroom. All staff were very helpful & welcoming.

Cons:

The room was a bit noisy with being next to the road. The shower was little more than a trickle, very low pressure.
The corridors look very tired & uncared for.
The changing room for using the pool is barely adequate, very small & nowhere other than a wet floor to sit things on.
Several light bulbs were out in the room.

Pros:

Location was good. Having a pool was a bonus and I imagine the Spa treatments would have been nice. Room had everything needed and we'll stocked. Staff were nice.

Cons:

The place is a bit tired. I think they're renovating. No lift to 3rd floor so quite a walk. Not a massive range at the bar and all overly priced. Online booking for Spa is poor, thought I'd booked a massage for the next day, but hadnt and when I went down next morning all slots were full. It was the main reason I went.

Freundliches Hotel mit tollem Frühstücksbuffet
Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war super, auch wegen der Auswahl des Kaffeevollautomaten. Das Personal dort war sehr hilfsbereit und bemüht, immer alles aufzufüllen, was am Buffet aufgebraucht war.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss mit sehr großem Fenster. Die vorbei laufenden Menschen konnten in unser Zimmer gucken, da es nur dunkle Vorhänge gab, die man natürlich tagsüber nicht zugezogen hat. Außerdem war das Fenster nicht zu öffnen, außer ganz oben mit kleinen Schlitzen. Die Sauberkeit ließ einiges zu wünschen übrig.

Pros:

We've been to pitlochry a few times and this is the hotel with the comfiest beds by far.
The family room was also HUGE. Breakfast was great as well. We will definitely be back

Cons:

Our room had windows at road level. Although I wouldn't mind this normally, our bathroom door wouldn't close..
