Good but don’t think I would want to stay again
Pros:

Beds comfortable. Pool was lovely but not very private. Central location

Cons:

Our view was looking over a flat roof and there was a sewing needle sticking out of the carpet which my husband stood on which would suggest that the floor had not been very well hovered as the needle did not belong to us

Pros:

Für eine Nacht war es okay. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Hotel mit eigenem Parkplatz lag wunderbar.

Cons:

Das Waschbecken war extrem klein und der Wasserdruck in der Dusche eine Katastrophe.

Location was excellent

Cons:

Room was not cleaned Coffee mugs were not cleaned after first night a day no element of the room cleaned. Window was unsafe as there was no safety chain to stop window opening all the way. It is NOT a hotel it is now just a B&B

Great hotel, friendly staff, good facilities. Needs maintenance though.
Pros:

Besides maintenance the hotel is great, excellent location, friendly staff, lovely pool, large family room, good breakfast.

Cons:

Hotel hasn't had proper maintenance in years. Stains in carpets, windows don't close. Everything has been repaired with quick fixes. Lots of paintwork chipping, mould in the bathroom, towel dryer didn't work. Very nice swimming pool has some tiles missing, ladies dressing room out of order with no alternative.

Disappointing stay due to above complaints
Pros:

Old part of hotel was lovely. Room was very spacious

Cons:

There were No disabled spaces for our car meaning when car park was full we had to find on street parking, yet there was 7 spaces for ev charging. The lift at the older end of the hotel was out of order leaving a very long walk to and from room

Pros:

Pool was lovely and warm, staff were nice and accomodating for our last minute booking, bed was comfy.

Cons:

Hallway very outdated. You can't get a lift the whole way up, we had to get the lift to floor 3 and then go up stairs, which was fine for us but may be a red flag if you need accessibility. Ladies changing rooms were closed in the spa as well which wasn't ideal.
