The hotel is a 40 minute walk (1.7 miles) from Disneyland. It also sits directly across from a large Target that has a very large selection of Disney-themed t-shirts and gifts This Target also has a well-stocked grocery section that is perfect for supplementing dining out while on business or vacation. I feel like this hotel is ideal if you’re using it as a place to sleep during a visit to the theme parks. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms have bathtubs. The front desk staff was welcoming and empowered to resolve issues. I found my first assigned room on the 2nd floor to be smelly. It was with patience and a request to be moved to another room, that the problem was quickly resolved. The host at the breakfast buffet was the most informative host I’ve ever met! And the chef managing the omelette bar and Belgian waffles did a great job! I think if any of the other reviews cause you to pause, follow your gut instinct and do not book a stay here. Otherwise take advantage of the location and enjoy your time here.

Nice room

Location to our activity was good. The rooms were clean but the linens were scratchy feeling. The pool was nice enough, but small, and with lots of kids would be really not a fun place to be. I hit it in the am and it was ok

I was charged a deposit fee, and it has been one month since my stay. I had to contact you to request a refund, but you still charged me $1. I have called twice to resolve this issue, but it has not been resolved yet.

The room was very nice, spacious, clean, and comfortable I also enjoyed being around a lot of restaurants and stores

Our experience at this hotel was extremely upsetting and disappointing.

Our vehicle was towed from the hotel property without us being properly informed about the parking restrictions. There was a language barrier, and the hotel staff did not clearly explain to my husband that we were not allowed to park near the restaurant. Instead of contacting us or giving us an opportunity to move the vehicle, hotel security allowed our car to be towed.

We were traveling with our children, and suddenly finding out that our vehicle had been towed put our family in a very stressful situation. We had to figure out how to retrieve the vehicle while taking care of our children, and we ultimately had to pay $650 to get our car back.

When I spoke with the manager about what happened, I expected understanding and assistance. Instead, the manager was rude and refused to take any responsibility for the situation.

What was especially disturbing was the way the manager responded when I brought up the language barrier and the need for clearer communication in Spanish. She made a sarcastic and insensitive comment suggesting that the hotel would then also have to provide other languages, such as Chinese and Japanese. I found the comment disrespectful and racially insensitive, particularly because I was already extremely upset about our vehicle being towed and the financial burden it caused our family.

This situation could have been avoided with clear parking instructions, appropriate signage, and better communication from hotel staff and security. At the very least, someone could have attempted to contact us before having a paying guest’s vehicle towed.

I am requesting that hotel management take this complaint seriously, investigate how this situation was handled, and reimburse us for the $650 towing expense. I would also like the conduct and comments made by the manager to be reviewed.
