Ich habe mich rundum Wohlgefühl und würde wieder kommen!
Pros:

Das Personal war immer sehr professioneller und hilfsbereit. Von dort erreicht man vieles zu Fuß wie zum Beispiel Restaurants, Bars, Einkaufsläden. Ungefähr 25 Gehminuten vom Kölner Dom entfernt. Das Zimmer war geräumig und gepflegt. Das Bett war sehr bequem, die Klimaanlage hat super funktioniert. Im Hotel befand sich eine Bar. Sie hatte lange geöffnet und dort gab es gute Drinks. Im Hotel befindet sich eine Tiefgarage.

Für 2 Tage optimal!
Pros:

Die Lage war super. Direkt im Grünen. Fussweg von 20 min bis zum Kölner Dom.
Frühstücksbüffet ausreichend, sehr gute Kuchen, nur zum empfehlen.
Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit, vor allem die nette Dame an der Rezeption

Cons:

Parkplatz Situation. Enge Parkplätze, wenig Raum.

Great location but the hotel rooms don’t have any AC that works really

Pros:

Genel anlamda oldukça konforlu ve rahat bir konaklamaydı, gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye edebilirim. En önemlisi hem otel hem de oda son derece temizdi. Personel her zaman güler yüzlü, ilgili ve yardımcıydı. Oda büyüklüğü yeterliydi, yataklar da oldukça rahat olduğu için keyifli bir konaklama geçirdik.

Cons:

Otelin konumu kötü değil; çevresi oldukça sakin ve huzurlu. Bazı odalar göl manzarası da görüyor. Ancak turistik bölgelere yürüyerek yaklaşık 20 dakikada ulaşılabiliyor. Hava çok sıcak ya da çok soğuk olduğunda bu durum biraz yorucu olabilir. Toplu taşıma seçenekleri de benzer bir yürüme mesafesi gerektiriyor.

Kahvaltı biraz daha çeşitli olabilirdi ancak yine de yeterliydi; aç kalmanız mümkün değil.

Banyolarda Avrupa’daki birçok otelde olduğu gibi klozette musluk yok, bunun yerine ayrı bir bide yer alıyor. Bu aslında oldukça düşünceli bir detaydı. Sadece bidenin hemen üzerine ve kenarlarına çok yakın şekilde havlu yerleştirilmiş olması hjyenik bir görüntü oluşturmadı ve tabi o havluları kullanmadım.
Ancak bunun daha çok bazı kültürlerden gelen misafirlerin dikkat edeceği bir detay olduğunu düşünüyorum.

Odada terlik de yoktu fakat talep ettikten sonra
çok hızlı ve ilgili şekilde yardımcı oldular, terlikleri kısa sürede odamıza getirdiler.

Genel anlamda oldukça memnun kaldığımız, tekrar tercih edebileceğimiz bir oteldi.

Schöne Lage und sehr freundliches Personal
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten unser Zimmer tauschen. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Sehr ruhig durch den Park und trotzdem gute Restaurants und Kino in der Nähe . Die Aussicht vom Hotelzimmer ist sehr schön. Alles war sehr sauber. Kaffee und Tee gibt es kostenlos.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage hat nicht richtig funktioniert und die Fenster konnte man leider nicht öffnen. Es wäre schön wenn es eine ausgedruckte Preisliste für die Minibar gibt.

Great place to stay in Cologne
Pros:

Room was spacious and clean. Coffee machine ant tea pot in the room. Very quiet. Breakfast was very good. Hotel is located in a quiet area about 25 minutes walking to the dome. Private underground parking was convenient, enough free spaces.

Cons:

Parking was a bit difficult to find.
