Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück. Die Lage im Mediapark ist zentral und trotzdem ruhig.

B. riecht wirklich jeder Raum angenehm. Das Personal ist immer sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Es ist alles sehr sauber und aufgeräumt.

Excellent séjour
Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au NH Collection Mediapark à Cologne. L'hôtel est magnifique, moderne et d'une propreté irréprochable. Le personnel est particulièrement accueillant.

Le petit-déjeuner est un vrai point fort : un large choix de produits frais et de très grande qualité, il y en a pour tous les goûts.

L'emplacement est également idéal. Nous sommes venus pour assister à un concert à la Lanxess Arena, qui se trouve à seulement une dizaine de minutes en taxi, ce qui est très pratique.

Enfin, le rapport qualité-prix est tout simplement exceptionnel. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésiter et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir lors d'un prochain séjour à Cologne !

Empfehlenswert für eine touristische Reise nach Köln
Pros:

Der Service ist grundsätzlich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist ideal für Erkundungstouren in der Stadt, gut an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel angebunden. Die Bar hat abends auf und ist gut besucht.

Cons:

Komplett verschlossene Fenster, ohne die Chance zu lüften.
Leider hat sich das Personal im Frühstücks-, Bar- und Rezeptionsbereich von anderen Gästen instrumentalisieren und manipulieren lassen, so dass wir plötzlich wie Luft für den Service waren. Wir wurden nicht mehr angesprochen und alle Freundlichkeit war weg. Sehr schade!

Cons:

Frühstück mit 22 bzw. 26 Euro recht hochpreisig - haben wir daher auch nicht genutzt
