Location was wonderful, balcony was great.
Elevators were down, which made for very long wait times. But they did have stairs, obvuously, which made everything quicker, but not easy with toddlers.
The water and the nearby activities within walking distance
IWe were misinformed about the room request and availability. I was told different by 2 different employees at the check in counter. It’s been many years that my family and I went on a vacation. Since we had so much rain at home we decided to go to your hotel and have some peace and rest. After we paid so much for the Lexington I received a survey in which I wanted to let you know how I felt the stay was and rated it as a 2. I received a call from a lady manager that did accommodate moving us to the view area that I previously requested. But on the 3 rd floor. Not the 7th floor. At this point we cut our tour short to be at the lobby in 1 hour to switch rooms. So that was very disappointing because we didn’t. Get to tour the Lexington as we wished.
When we arrived at the hotel counter the employee did tell me he was sorry he had been misinformed. When he told me he would have to charge me to move rooms Either way. It was just not the stay we had wished.
The even better part was our stay didn’t include breakfast and we had to drive out to find a restaurant and loose our parking we had already paid for. Unfortunately it was not a good feeling for us to stay. And we don’t recommend it. Thank you.
We love staying at Hilton hotels. They are always clean, comfortable and friendly.

Cleanliness
Staff are always amazing. Bar well stocked with great mixoligist.
Pool could of been a bit cleaner. Water was a little cloudy.
Was pleased with the proximity to the beach
The hotel does not provide handicap- or stroller-accessible ramp access to the beach on the ocean side. To reach the beach with a wheelchair or stroller, you have to exit through the front of the hotel and walk all the way around to the back, which is very inconvenient.
Additionally, only one elevator was working during our stay. The long wait times for the elevator were frustrating and caused a significant inconvenience, especially when carrying luggage or traveling with children or anyone with mobility challenges.
I booked an additional night during my stay, but the front desk staff could only tell me they “hoped” I would be able to remain in the same room. They couldn’t guarantee it, which was disappointing and created unnecessary uncertainty. Having to worry about possibly packing up and changing rooms in the middle of a vacation was stressful and could have been handled much better.
The location was awesome ...
The service and the cleanest..
I asked for extra towels and over 2 hours I had to call the front desk cuz they forgot about me. Also my comforter on one of the best was dirty when they brought a new one it was wet on all the corners....
