The staff were so helpful. We arrived late which night staff can go either way, but the staff here went above and beyond.
There was really nothing negative
Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was GREAT.
Convenient to Capitola village. Free parking was convenient. Man on the desk was helpful and polite. Kids enjoyed the free cookies on arrival.
View from our room was of the bins and our room was not cleaned on the second day. We stayed there 2 nights. The breakfast was poor.

Good room layout for family. Good breakfast and morning staff.
Checkin wanted a lot of information because my info didn’t save. We had to go to the front desk to get bedding for pullout and they wouldn’t guarantee a sheet. We did get it but service didn’t make the bed or bring to room. Mostly, there were people talking loudly in the courtyard right outside our room until 3:30am. I finally called the front desk and they did go talk to them but it was ridiculous. It took them 10m to clear out still. I don’t know if they were even staying there because there’s no key card access to the courtyard. We all slept horribly.

Breakfast is great, location is good, parking is easy, staff is nice. It’s nice to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room.
We found a dirty sock in the room and the gym could use an update.
Didn't stay for breakfast. Used the internet wifi. Very handy.
