Pros:

The staff were first class and a credit to the hotel. The Lobby area is superb just to walk around. I had pre concert buffet which was very good for the price.. Maybe some tortillas rather than rice.

Cons:

Internet was very poor,need an immediate upgrade. Room was very cold with aircon off. Could not work out problem. No instructions. No main light, only lamp and mirror spotlight. Became very dark at night.

Old and outdated
Pros:

my room had a RUST BOTTOM old fridge, the bathroom where horrible, Internet was turtle slow, and the restaurant is close for dinner during the week only open for dinner on weekend. THEY ARE CUTTING CORNERS TO SAVE SOME MONEY AT TOURIST EXPENSE (YOUR EXPENSE) NOT WORTH THE MONEY IN 2026 GO TO ANOTHER RESORT.

The rooms smell so bad and they are so not comfortable to be in the toilet was broken and the sink no hot water when we arrived there only the day after so i rated this hotel poor

Very nice hotel. For the price they could do better.
Pros:

Location, pool and rooms

Cons:

WiFi was slow in the room. They charged for water in the casino. Laundry was crazy expensive for the Philippines. Food at location was a little expensive.

I won’t be going back
Pros:

Nice building, good facilities available and good size rooms

Cons:

Staff were very unhelpful, we had some liquid on our sheets so asked if we could have fresh sheets as our were wet and we were told hotel was full so they couldn’t give us any but we could have an itchy blanket instead. Not what I expect from a hotel charging these rates
