We had breakfast every morning as part of the booking, it set us up for the day. The pool was super quiet at night (7pm onwards). We also used the massage facilities, the ladies did a superb job getting the Knots out...
We had to call room service 3 times, as toilet got blocked outside of our room.
it's location to the event i attended
i originally booked their ambassador suite & i was surprised they upgraded me to presidential. i was initially happy. hoewever though, said presidential suite was so antiquated!!! the room smelled very old, the bathrobe hanging in the closet was threadbare! i had to request for freshly laundered bathrobes!!! the ones they gave were still threadbare. my husband said the robe was so itchy!!!
everything was beyond old!!!
and the bathroom -- water was dripping from the ceiling the entire 2 nights of our stay. i had to use all the towels to line the bathroom floor bcause i was afraid i might fall. see the picture attached.
& dont start me about the shower head, omg.
in all honesty, waterfront badly badly needs to do something about their rooms already.
even the hallway in the 5th floor where the suites are situated looks haunted, lights were so dim, corners were dark!!! & the carpet smelled so bad!!!

Property lobby was beautiful.
The rooms appear to be from the late 1980s to early 90s. Need a refresh.
1. Room - clean; extra table for reading newspaper and viewing laptop; extra offerings like coffee, sugar, tea, bottled water, hot water kettle were welcome!
2. Breakfast was good. I liked the coffee. Food and pastries were fairly tasty, however, the same as those offered by 2 or 3-star hotels.
3. Reception Desk - staff was very courteous and helpful. Helped in resolving an issue with the kitchen concerning my request for packed breakfast for my early-morning check-out day.
4. Senior citizen discount!
1. My pet peeve: EXTREMELY SLOW and SPORADIC WIFI/INTERNET CONNECTIVITY that continually looped or buffered causing occasional disconnection when I was communicating with my children in the States.
2. Ironing board and iron were not readily handy. Had to request Housekeeping to borrow them.
3. Room service food menu printout should have been readily available in the room. Had to ask for one.
The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The place was very nice and clean.
