I had no extra requests at all, yet I stood for a full 40 minutes waiting for my turn just to check out. If you consider that normal, you’re welcome to come and stay yourselves. Other than that, everything else was good.

Fairly nice place. The first room they gave us was not very good. It was designed for the handicapped. The next day we asked for a new room and got a better room. We loved the open area when you walk in, big and spacious, very nice.

No sockets to charge near the bedside table. The sockets were used for the lamps. TV needs to be upgraded to a smart one.

I am still here my fiancé. It is the best in Cebu with best Atmosphere and Staff. The breakfast buffet is phenomenal. Rey is one of the Dining Attendants and he is really kind and responsive. But the entire Staff here is really outstanding. I am still here for another week. I was pleasantly surprised to find a Rose, Fresh Fruits, and Chocolates, when I checked in. They were in my room.
Housekeeping was quick and friendly with providing us with a charger after a long flight.

Mizu Waterfront is such a relaxing place to unwind, especially with the calming Japanese music that really sets the mood. The ambiance is peaceful and aesthetic, making it perfect for a chill hangout or a quiet meal. The food is delicious and nicely presented, and the overall vibe just feels premium but still comfortable. I also like that there are other restaurants nearby like Tingow and Uno, so you have more options to explore in one area. The staff are attentive, which makes the experience even better. Definitely a great spot if you’re looking for good food, and calming vibes.
