Wonderful stay in gothic area!
Pros:

Staff excellent from moment we walked in. Gave us early check in. We loved the location in the gothic area close and accessible to everything you could need or want. 5 star rooftop!

Comfortabel! Service van hoog niveau, tot in detail!
Pros:

Super goede service, je wordt in de watten gelegd, soms zelfs iets too much. Tot in details wordt je verzorgd. Kleine snacks die je aantreft op je hotelkamer ‘s middags zoals chocolaatjes op de kussens. Op het dakterras, valt het zwembad iets tegen qua diepte (slechts 80 cm) maar desalniettemin heel fijn om in juli tijdens de warme middaguren verkoeling te kunnen zoeken. Wij hadden de geschakelde familiekamers. Ideaal als stel met twee jongens van 12-15. Apart en toch bij elkaar. Echt een heerlijk hotel

One night pre-cruise spot on
Pros:

Rooftop pool was great.
Staff were very helpful, polite and friendly.

Cons:

Taxi from airport unable to stop outside and left us on Ramblas. Only a few minutes walk, but awkward with suitcases.
However, the hotel can order a taxi to pick you up directly outside the front door.

Do not stay here at all its not even a 5 star hotel
Cons:

So noisy,awful account management and guests payments they might charge you 3 times and tell u to wait for your money to get reversed back to your account in the middle of your trip.cleaning staff so annoying and disturbant.
