It was exactly what we needed room was a good size we slept very well no one interfered there were laundry rooms which we used ( we stayed 5 days) location was excellent easy to get to anywhere downtown. Simply but a 10/10

Hotel Willo was a great stay overall, especially for the price. The location was very convenient and made it easy to get around Vancouver. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel offered solid value compared to other options in the area. The only downside was that the heat system was fairly loud at times, especially overnight. Other than that, we had a very good experience and would definitely consider staying here again for the price.
I had a wonderful stay here! The hotel was very clean, modern, and beautifully upgraded. The staff were all incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay, which made such a difference.
One of my favorite parts was having access to the kitchen. It was so convenient to be able to cook meals or simply heat up food when needed.
I was staying here while attending a course being taught at the hotel, and the location honestly could not have been better. Everything you could need was just steps away — grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, gyms, and more. Despite being downtown, it was also surprisingly quiet and peaceful.
Overall, I was extremely happy with my stay and would absolutely return in the future. Thank you for the great hospitality!
he check in/out process was super easy. We really loved the location as it was close to the Skyway, buses and easy for taxis to get to. It had tons of restaurants around and was close to grocery stores. We really loved the clean room, that looked fairly new and the comfy beds. It had basic toiletries which was all we needed and housekeeping came by every day even though we thought it would only be 3 times a week. There was a small fridge which was handy as we bought some snacks and breakfast items. It had a working thermostat (you'd be surprised) and was a perfect temperature. There were also kitchen facilities which we only used for the kettle to make tea. If you need cutlery though, just ask the front desk. We had a nice comfortable stay and although they said we may hear construction, we didn't hear anything, barely the other guests really. We had a great time and would highly recommend you stay!
