Hotel simpático , com atenção ao cliente.
Pros:

Gostei dos quartos, a decoração é muito bonita.
Os colchões e as almofadas são confortáveis.
O hotel oferece uns pequenos mimos , que tornam a estadia mais agradável.

Cons:

A abertura do hotel é recente, ainda há alguns detalhes a melhorar.
Existe alguma dificuldade na reposição dos produtos do pequeno-almoço.

Très belle hôtel rien a redire très confortable.
Bon emplacement

Cons:

Mon séjour a malheureusement été marqué par plusieurs points négatifs.
Tout d'abord, la demande d'une caution de 50 € par nuit m'a semblé totalement excessive et n'était pas clairement mise en avant avant mon arrivée.
Ensuite, j'ai été surpris que le personnel me demande de changer de place au restaurant alors que celui-ci était quasiment vide, ce qui était assez désagréable et difficile à comprendre.
Enfin, le petit-déjeuner m'a été facturé deux fois le samedi, sans que l'on me fasse signer quoi que ce soit. J'ai dû expliquer à la réception que je ne l'avais pris qu'une seule fois. À 19 €, le tarif est déjà élevé, et je trouve que la qualité des produits proposés ne justifie pas ce prix.
C'est regrettable, car ces différents points ont terni une expérience qui aurait pu être bien meilleure.

Pros:

The property was nice but in the bar there was a mouse the bartender saw it only was there and the kitchen so I didn’t eat anything there totally unsatisfactory. The patio was closed with furniture in a disarray an eye sore. That’s why I rated this hotel low. Too bad it is a nice hotel

Pros:

Wonderful staff, safe neighbourhood, clean rooms and hotel overall. It had plenty of cute restaurants / cafes in the neighbourhood. Short walk to public transportation.

The rooms were a little run down, but the staff informed us they were renovating from October 2025 until mid 2026, so I'm sure they'll be upgraded as well. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay there again :)
