Great location, clean and spacious
Pros:

Good location, next to the metro, room was big, beds comfy and place was very clean.

Cons:

Our aircon was leaking, although it did still work minus a very wet floor every morning.

À part le petit-déjeuner, c’était très bien.
Pros:

Emplacement parfait. Au 5eme étage, belle vue sur le Fernsehturm. Propre.

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner est décevant, trop simple, fruits abîmés, pas de pains variés.

Pros:

Excellent location - located in the centre and few minutes walk from the station. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby. Room was extremely clean, comfortable beds, large TV, extremely clean bathroom, with good toiletries and powerful hairdryer. Overall, extremely pleased with our stay!

Cons:

Good breakfast selection (croissants, muesli, cheeses, meats, spreads and coffee), but no warm breakfast options.

Perfect Location, easy check-in, kind staff
Pros:

Perfect location, extremely calm room, we heard no one in the hotel and thought we were alone until we’ve seen breakfast room full in the morning.
Yes, it is self check-in/out, but there’s people in the morning and they’ve helped me to search my stuff (which later discovered that I’ve lost at the train station).
Our friend’s room was much much bigger but we were happy with ours.
Having water dispenser at lobby is a big plus.
We’d return to this hotel -

Cons:

There was a 25 euro additional cost at the check-out, which we didn’t understand why. Booking com says it was only 215 euro but we paid 240.
There were dark spots on the tissue dispenser. Other than that the room was very clean.

Spotless and comfy hotel
Pros:

The hotel is centrally located, and the self-check-in process was very smooth and easy. The room was spotlessly clean with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was good, offering a broad selection of options. Overall, it was a seamless and great experience for a staffless hotel, I would definitely return!

Cons:

The front door remained unlocked the entire time, meaning anyone could walk in off the street.. Because there are no staff on-site, having an open main entrance made me feel a bit unsafe.
