LA UBICACION ES EXCELENTE, EL DESAYUNO EN BUENO.

LA DUCHA DEL BAÑO ES MUY PELIGROSA, COMO NO ES ANTIDESLIZANTE Y LA PUERTA ES MUY POCO PRACTICA MI ESPOSO SE ACCIDENTO DE FORMA LEVE AL CAER.

Good location, easy check-in/out system, very clean rooms

Cons:

There are rooms in the basement next to the public toilets, sold in same „classic double room“ category as the rooms on upper floors, thus you only realize at check-in. The door to the room was not well insulated.

Sauber, zentral, etwas unpersönlich, für 2 Nächte völlig okay.
Pros:

Zimmer war super sauber, auch das Bad/WC, Zimmergröße ist okay, Lage ist direkt bei den Hackeschen Höfen bzw. der Bahnstation Hackescher Markt (jeweils etwa 3 Minuten Fußweg). Frühstück war okay aber eher durchschnittlich - nur gekochte Eier und ganze Äpfel als frisches Obst.

Cons:

Self-chek-in fand ich sehr unpersönlich - ging problemlos, aber ich schätze durchaus den persönlichen Kontakt. Wer also Anonymität mag, der ist dort gut aufgehoben, wer den persönlichen Kontakt schätzt, fühlt sich allein gelassen.

Guter Ausgangspunkt für Citytrip
Pros:

Eine sehr gute Lage, alles sauber, Zimmer ausreichend groß. Zum Frühstücken ist alles vor Ort, was man braucht und wird bis 10 Uhr angeboten. 11 Uhr Check Out ist ebenfalls angenehmen. Vor Check-In und nach Check Out können Koffer in Kofferboxen im Hotel gelagert oder, sofern diese belegt sind, im Schwesternhotel ca 400 m entfernt abgegeben werden. Obwohl das Hotel ohne Personal geführt wird, ist eine telefonische Erreichbarkeit jederzeit gegeben.

Cons:

Es könnten durchaus mehr Kofferboxen, insb für mittelgroße Koffer vor Ort geben.
