Great location but the staff needs to be more pleasant to guests and the need to be free of insects
Pros:

Breakfast was really bad. They have packed breakfast with minimal choices and quantity. A hotel like this should provide a continental breakfast with a decent area to sit down and eat.

Cons:

The front desk task were not very welcoming of guests. They looked indifferent and not helpful. They hardly spoke to us. They gave a feeling that we are bothering them when we asked questions. It was not a pleasant experience.
There were small ants crawling in the bathroom. Not good for a hotel that is located in such a fine location and on the beach.

Basically nice place, overpriced
Pros:

Beautiful beachfront, nice clean beach, comfortable bed. Great view

Cons:

No parking on our side of the hotel at night. This needs to be monitored. The rooms need to be remodeled . Thought it was overpriced for the over all stay.

I liked that it is beachfront and has a pretty nice beach.

Cons:

Its definitely not worth the price. First when we arrived we gave our order for breakfast for the next morning, well we got totally different breakfast. Then the fridge was making a constant pretty annoying noise (like water dripping - thats the best I could describe it) so we turned it off and had no fridge because otherwise we couldn’t sleep with the noise. Then we got a pretty big leak in the bathroom from the bedroom above us and they just told us to wait it out until it dries (no towels given to clean it, no cleaning done at all from their side, nothing but “wait until the bathroom upstairs dries and the leak will eventually stop”). The price tag is DEFINITELY not worth it!

We had an awesome stay with a great view!
Pros:

Hotel was clean. I loved the beach and beach chairs. Also, the view from our room was great!

Cons:

I wish they had a hot breakfast in a dining area with a waffle maker!

Mediocre at best.
Pros:

The beach was nice.

Cons:

I paid almost $400 for this room that was like a last minute add on to the resort. It felt like being in a walk in closet with a bathroom. The view was of the other side of the resort. Not A price I would’ve paid had I known the room was so subpar. The breakfast that we chose was a frozen sausage breakfast sandwich. Pathetic.

This was our second visit here and once again we really enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Staff was was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. We really enjoyed the balcony overlooking the beach.

Great hotel for families.
Pros:

The breakfast box arrived fresh, on time. It was a very good option for a hotel that does not have a kitchen. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Excellent beach amenities.

Cons:

There needs to be a safe way for pedestrians to cross the busy road without walking a mile to the nearest light. The town should make some adjustments as it continues to grow. The hotels are on the beach side of the road and mini golf, go Karting, and restaurants are on the other side, with no safe place to cross!
