Great location, large apartment.
Pros:

Location is excellent - close to Hastings St restaurants and bars and close to the beach.
Apartment was clean, large and well fitted out however the shower in the main bathroom made a loud noise if turned on at the wrong spot and the mixer for the shower/bath was broken.

Paying for the location
Pros:

The location is great. Apartment size was good & it was well equipped.

Cons:

Apartment stark & had seen better days. Wifi didn’t work at any time. Hot tub dirty & cold. Limited parking for our group. Weird how there is no door to ensuite. Tiles round the pools very slippery.

Pros:

Great location on Hastings st. The laundry in the apartment was very useful.

Cons:

The lift to reception is being replaced, so more stairs to climb at the front of the property. A little worn in places.

the architects missed the mark with this accommodation, pool area is basically in shade most of day
Pros:

room was nice and large with good proportions and comfortable. we were in the block closest to Hastings street so access was easier than those apartments to the rear of the block

Cons:

the carpark is a dogs breakfast. they should have a carpark allocated to each individual apartment rather than have to fight for a spot. Access to the reception office on arrival is a real test of stamina, its hard to find and the whole complex is segmented by many gates that require a room card for access

Great location and staff were fabulous but needs an upgrade to justify the cost.
Pros:

Location and staff were amazing. They allowed me into my room early for a meeting.

Cons:

Property is a dated. No Smart TV’s and internet was poor. Hot water wasn’t strong. Showers were not hot at all. Had them on full hot and only luke warm.

Spa in main area also not hot.

Rude reception. Carpark closed that was not communicated before arrival for a period of stay. Other points during the stay couldn’t get access to secure parking when it is advertised that you do. Over priced for room and facilities
