Great location and staff were fabulous but needs an upgrade to justify the cost.
Pros:

Location and staff were amazing. They allowed me into my room early for a meeting.

Cons:

Property is a dated. No Smart TV’s and internet was poor. Hot water wasn’t strong. Showers were not hot at all. Had them on full hot and only luke warm.

Spa in main area also not hot.

Rude reception. Carpark closed that was not communicated before arrival for a period of stay. Other points during the stay couldn’t get access to secure parking when it is advertised that you do. Over priced for room and facilities

In a great location but my compliments stop there.
Pros:

I liked the location but I think the facility needs a complete upgrade. Everything felt dated and there was nothing inspirational about the apartment. Also we were given an extra hour's time to check out but I was locked out of my room minutes after 10am, luckily my husband was in there otherwise I would have had to call reception.

Disappointed
Pros:

We were really disappointed that there is a sign for room service menu but there is actually no service available except packs of crisps. We had been out and there was no availability at the nearby restaurants because we hadn’t booked.

Nice but not value for money.
Pros:

Location, pool area , size of room and included parking.

Cons:

Tired room, in original condition . Lots of scuff marks, water damage on window frame in bedroom. Our room over looked the roof of Bang Bang ( restaurant), looking at big exhausts from our balcony , not ideal. Noise was a bit of an issue. Also no cable tv as stated on Booking.com
