Todo las personas la atención.. en la recepción una señora muy agradable cuando nos recibió… recuerdo el nombre de malia, que nos apoyó hasta con la ropa de la secadora, en la cocina María y su compañera esas 2 persona fueron excelentes en la atenciones de corazón vuelvo a repetir la experiencia no recuerdo algunos nombre eran excelentes todos ❤️ desde venezuela se les quiere

The location was excellent, it was so easy to get to and from the parks. my husband and son ended up leaving the parks early most days and came back to pick us up and it was a very easy trip for them. The pools, splash pad and amenities outside were absolutely wonderful, we wish we had more time to do some more swimming and activities. i'm hoping to go back and try the lighthouse pool this time and maybe get a drink pool side.

There's plenty of place to sleep with the two beds and the pullout couch. Having a microwave and a refrigerator in the room came in handy.

Breakfast that was included was delicious, and they also offered mickey waffles, which was a fun touch. just wish that breakfast lasted a little bit longer.

There were also two TVs in the room which was good to be able to cater to people with different tastes in television. although sometimes the sound would conflict with each other.

The shampoo and conditioner products smelled really nice.

Cons:

The lobby could use a little updating. it's a shame that so many places are also charging parking fees on top of the stay.

I attempted to use the dryer on premise, and it was three dollars and barely dried the clothes and was difficult trying to get quarters. we ended up having to find a laundromat, locally, and use that Instead, because the dryer did not do what it was supposed to.

Also, the bathroom layout was not the best. the closet was in the bathroom, so if you wanted to hang any clothes in there, they would usually be damp. the bathroom was also lacking wall hangers or a rack to hang up towels. There was just nowhere to put all the wet towels after all family members were done showering. there was also nowhere to hang wet bathing suits, as there was no clothes line in the shower or anywhere. We had three adults and two children in our room and there was nowhere to hang everyone's items.

Plus it was hard to multitask anything because the closet sink, toilet and shower were all in the same room with one door. just couldn't really do more than one person in the bathroom at a time.
