Location was near where i wanted to be.
The beds were very uncomfortable. Some of the furniture was broken. I took pictures as soon as I walked in so I wouldn't be blamed. Told them 4 people were coming, and they didn't leave enough towels or anything for everyone. The toilet paper roll had like 6 sheets left on it and no spare roll. I had to go down and ask for more. Their rooms could have been cleaned a little better. When you walked in the room, the AC said it was set at 68, yet we were sweating. It was warmer in the room than it was in the rest of the building. I set the AC as low as I could, and the room did cool a little, but it kept turning on and off, unable to keep up. When it came to breakfast, there were no places for us to sit, so we ate our food in our room, which was not convenient at all with only one chair and 2 kids under 8 yrs old. When making breakfast the first day, it was an hour-long process waiting to make waffles with only 1 waffle maker and many guests. After our second day, they changed out the waffle maker to a differently designed one. That tells me that instead of having it backed up for an hour plus, they could have brought the other one out and chose not to. Parking the car was tight with everyone they had there, plus sharing the parking lot with other hotels. Our room was closest to the road, so we could hear the construction and equipment happening right across the street. On our 3rd day, they deactivated our cards so we couldn't get in the room. I went down, and mine reactivated. They said the other one should be good now too. Later that day, I left my card in the car, so we went to use the other card, and it didn't work, so I had to go back out to get the other card to get back in the room.
Bathtub had hair in it. I cleaned it before use. Also did not drain well

Had 1 washcloth and two towels for two people for two days. No guardrails in shower/tub. No mat to limit slips front desk help could have been friendlier. No protein at breakfast both days.
