I had an ok sleep because of the bed but loved how clean the room is and how nice the staff were

It was nice, lots of construction in the area.
Pros:

The room was very nice, the breakfast was good.

Cons:

No exercise facilities but the neighborhood hotel allowed us to use their facilities.

Clean rooms, but very basic!
Pros:

The price for the value was good and the rooms and common areas were clean.

Cons:

No closets and/or irons in the room. I booked a Suite and the was no couch, just a window bench above the A/C. The immediate surrounding area was not great.
