Avoid at all costs, there are plenty of other hotels in London
Pros:

The only good point about the property was the location

Cons:

The staff were rude, the aircon did not work and the room was in excess of 28*, the stairs were broken and the tread came off when you walked on the stairs. There were homeless drug addicts passed out on the floor you had to step over to get to your part of the hotel. The room was filthy, there was dirty clothes from the previous guest laying on the floor in the hotel room. The toilet was blocked and didn’t flush, there is nothing positive to say about the stay, the staff were also either sexist or racist towards my wife I’m not too sure exactly the best description. The whole experience was truly awful.

Maybe good enough for London, not a place I wonna come back
Pros:

Only the location , the hotel based practically on the underground train station.

Cons:

Old , not very well maintained .
Room cleaning need to ask more then once , they skip our room
Breakfast poor , repeat every day not recommended
Air condition not the best

Nice stay in London, great location!
Pros:

Excellent location! We also liked the swimming pool after a hot day outside, the beds were comfy, breakfast was nice.

Cons:

The room was not very big, the AC was not working in the first day, the room was old and felt a bit dirty, no hangers in the room! The closets also not very comfortable, no place to put things.

L' hôtel est assez bien placé, un très bon petit déjeuner et l'accueil, la piscine, l'espace Gym sont un plus

Cons:

La chambre devait être au clame, mais il s' avérait qu'elle donnait sur une station de trains et la climatisation faisait du bruit comme un aspirateur à fond.
