Pros:

Locatia,parcarea subterană

Cons:

Tot sejurul am avut probleme la baie cu scurgerea,făceam dus și era deja piscina,apa se revarsă în toată baia pentru ca scurgerea nu funcționa.Am sesizat de 3 ori recepția,au venit de 3 ori tehnicianul și doar a treia oara a rezolvat problema! Trebuia sa sesizez recepția în fiecare zi sa ne fie schimbate prosoapele și sa fie aruncat gunoiul.Nu este un hotel de 5 stele,cel mult 3 stele! Micul dejun cu iz de cantina,în holul recepției covoarele f murdare,inclusiv geamurile.Aveam alte așteptări la un hotel de 5 stele.Nu recomand și nu vom reveni!

A fost o experinta foarte placuta.Hotelul este bine plasat,aproape de mijloacele de transport si de obiectivele turistice.Este foarte curat,personalul extre de serviabil.Micul dejun bogat,iar parcarea este un plus de remarcat.

Friendly staff, value for money and very nice breakfast
Pros:

Staff was very helpful, assisted with early checkin. Hotel location is very convenient next to metro station, breakfast was excellent.
