Personal foarte amabil. Curatenie se facea. Nu am o problema cu personalul implicat in gestionarea cazarii mele.

Cons:

Hotel vechi, camere fara geam, fara lumina practic, exista un geam, dar mic si sus, total ineficient, baia nerenovata de la deschidere cred, usa de la baie plina de urme dubioase, nu se inchide complet, chiuveta veche, trista, covor infect pe jos in camera. Este unul din cele mai dezamagitor Best Western si eu numai la Best Western ma cazez.

Centralidade e pequeno almoço sacrificando o conforto!!
Pros:

A localização foi boa, a pouca distância das principais atrações. Não foi necessário andar de transportes públicos mas andamos bem a pé. Definitivamente do que gostamos mais foi do pequeno-almoço, completo e variado. Os ovos e o bacon muito bons. Panquecas e boa charcutaria. Overnight oats maravilhosos! Podia ter melhor café e maior diversidade de fruta. O serviço de quartos foi muito bom. O preço da estadia foi imbatível!

Cons:

As camas!! Quarto muito pequeno, algo desgastado mas funcional! As camas são tipo beliche muito más. Colchões de molas péssimos! Qualquer movimento provocava barulhos o que era muito incomodativo. Mais de acordo com um hostel de segunda categoria do que um hotel Best Western!

El desayuno es muy completo y variado . Las camas son cómodas . Buena limpieza . El chico de la recepción muy simpático hasta nos habló algo en español.
