Pros:

Bra läge, tyst och tryggt. Bra tillgång till handdukar, extra kuddar. AC på rummet och bra städat. Trevlig personal och lokaler/rum. Har bott här flera gånger och brukar alltid vara nöjd!

Don't recommend - A very bad and costly stay

Cons:

I've stayed at over 1,000 hotels in 35+ countries and this is by far the worst hotel - by a wide margin. Bed extremely old and uncomfortable, sink in and you feel the coils, and I couldn't get any sleep. Room is tiny like a jail cell. I asked to check out early and requested a refund for the unused nights, but the hotel refused.

To make matters worse, the front desk staff was passive aggressive and showed none of the professionalism or empathy you would expect in hospitality.

All the negative reviews are true. Calling this a 4-star hotel is a joke, and honestly quite embarrassing. I hope management and staff can use the 3,000 SEK you took from me to go out, touch some grass and experience what a real 4-star hotel looks like. Maybe then they’ll understand what basic hospitality is. If not, I hope you do the city of Lund a favor by going out of business soon.

Go to Best Western 10' walk away for a better room and professional service at the same price.
