Muy buena ubicación
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, muy cerca de la estación de tren West y del resto de la ciudad.
La habitación muy buena, muy amplia y una terraza con vistas magníficas.

A very successful weekly trip to the high mountains and the historic surrounding area
Pros:

Very pleasant hotel staff, both at reception and in the breakfast area. High-quality, fresh breakfast with a wide selection of dishes and beverages.
Clean and high-quality hotel; a lovely pool with massage jets that is illuminated in the evening.
Guests could spend time on the terrace or in the breakfast area at any time of day.
A beautiful town with excellent restaurants; a great base for exploring mountains, streams, waterfalls, and historic towns, with good road and rail connections.

Cons:

The only downside was the high price, but it was worth it.

Great stay in pretty intelaken
Pros:

The hotel was good and too quiet !! 5 minutes walk from the train station !! The hotel started to renovated all the old room , we booked 3 rooms 2 was renovated and one was not !! But still the room was good !! The best thing in this hotel you can feel as you stay in your own home !! Good small garden in front of the hotel for your morning breakfast !! Tea and coffee available in reception room all day till 5 pm !! The staff are too helpful and polite !!honestly I recommend this hotel for any family visiting interlaken

Stayed here many times. Love everything about the place ❤️

Cons:

Only thing I could possibly fault is lack of soundproofing as every sound from other rooms can easily be heard. However that certainly won’t deter me from returning next year
