Pros:

Staff is extremely polite, room and hotel in general is very clean. I stayed for 2 nights only, my room was checked, bed was done, amenities were replenished, even the free bottle of water that I used (was not necessary as there were two). The night receptionist when I arrived, upgraded me to a junior suite which was a very nice gesture. Buffet breakfast was very good too, could find anything you need.

One of the best hotels in Beirut hands down.
Pros:

Our stay at the Radisson Blu Verdun was exceptional in every possible way! Although we stayed for only one night, it was genuinely one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time.

The hotel has been beautifully renovated, and everything feels fresh, modern, and extremely well maintained. The location is fantastic, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The bathroom was exceptionally clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable.

What truly made our experience unforgettable, however, was Walid at the reception. I cannot praise him enough! From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible experience. It is rare to encounter someone who combines such professionalism with such genuine kindness and dedication to guests. I sincerely hope the management recognizes the exceptional level of service he provides, because people like him are what turn a great hotel stay into a memorable one.

I would return without hesitation and wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beirut. A huge thank you to Walid for making our stay so special!

The staff are extremely friendly, helpful,accommodating and courteous, with a big smile on their faces! The location is exceptional ! Also available underground parking.

I had a wonderful stay at Radisson Blu Beirut Verdun. The hotel is modern, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The location is excellent, and the facilities are great. What really stood out was the staff — everyone was extremely friendly, professional, respectful, and always ready to help. I truly appreciated the excellent service throughout my stay.

Cons:

Honestly, I had a great experience and there was nothing significant that I disliked. Everything was well organized and up to a very high standard.

Located very centrally, Room was spacious clean, comfortable & well furnished. Didn't have breakfast.

Cons:

Why no licenced bar? People like to go and have a relaxing drink without having to go touring the streets of Beirut It's a big error!
