The staff at breakfast. Especially the middle aged petit woman. She was extremely kind, helpful and thoughtful. A real asset to your team.
My room was lifeless, airless and the hotel was noisy all night. Doors constantly closing.

The parking was a nightmare it was really hard to get in and out off there car park
Hotel was really load it had a void right up the middle of the hotel there was about 30 teenagers staying and they were so noisy there voices echoed all through the hotel made it hard to go to sleep and woken early with them as well
Room was dated and one of the big windows in the lounge area leaked and we had wet carpet

The breakfast is fantastic
I fell in the shower on a very slippery tiled floor cutting my left elbow and back, spraining my left ankle and wrists, both, my colleague complained the next day to me also how slippery the bathroom floors were in his room 106.
Really helpful reception staff . Helpful when we had a noise problem with teenage guests. Moved out to another room despite the virtual fully booked hotel.
