Obliging staff changed our room. It’s a 3 star hotel.

Our initial room, darkish viewing a multi storey car park, very old bath towels, only one bed side light. Staff on check in quite offhandish.

We enjoyed staying at the Mantra and would be happy to stay here again.
Pros:

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was unobtrusive and efficient. The location was good being close to the Rundle Mall shopping precinct and supermarkets. The rooms were spacious and clean with all the amenities we needed. Buffet breakfast included in the price was very good.

Cons:

We needed assistance from reception staff in order to access the Wi-Fi. I wasn't able to access information about the hotel from the QR code provided.

Good location, nice staff
Pros:

We chose Mantra Hindmarsh for its good location - overlooking Hindmarsh Square, close to Rundle Street and the Art Gallery on North Tce. Parking available either on site or close by for an additional fee.

Cons:

The TV is not a good user experience.
