Convenient and pleasant if you’re not planning on spending much time in the hotel.
Pros:

Great location next to a busy street with local food, stores and cinema very nearby. Room was spacious and staff were very welcoming and friendly. Ample parking

Cons:

Pillows uncomfortable. Not sure why the bed was made on the first night but not the others. AC unit was loud and appeared a bit broken. Asked for this to be looked into and fixed but a solution was unfortunately not found. Breakfast timings also ended unusually early at 9am on a weekday.

Our stay was perfect and just what we needed.
Pros:

The stay was great. Service was amazing all questions answered.

Cons:

The ice machine on our floor was broken. But was said to be fixed soon and we only stayed one night and the front desk got us ice.

Pros:

The staff was so kind. The pool was clean and fun. The rooms were comfortable and nice.

There were a few things maintenance and housekeeping missed in the room. That said, the staff handled it well.
