All staff are so friendly, helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Great customer service.

Room was spacious and hotel is close to all attractions.

Posición ideal para 2-3 días de visita a la ciudad.

Cons:

Las habitaciones necesitan una actualización, sobre todos los baños. Es tener una reserva desde hace meses nos colocaron en la primera planta, la peor, con una de las estancias donde estaba la cama sin ventilación.

5泊しましたが、非常に残念な滞在でした。

まず、客室は掲載写真と大きく異なり、かなり古く、清潔感にも欠けていました。カーペットやソファには目立つシミがあり、部屋も極端に狭く、スーツケースを広げるスペースすらありませんでした。

また、設備・清掃面にも多くの問題がありました。

・ドアノブがぐらついており安全面に不安がある
・滞在中に複数回停電
・シャワールームに扉がなく、使用すると床がびしょ濡れになる
・臭いが気になる
・テーブルが拭かれておらず、埃や液体汚れが残っていた
・5泊滞在したにもかかわらず、シーツ交換がされていないように感じた
・ティッシュ、スリッパの用意がなかった
・防音性が低く、深夜まで廊下の騒音が非常にうるさい

さらに驚いたのは、タオルが補充されていなかったためフロントへ依頼したところ、破れた非常に古いタオルを渡されたことです。

また、清掃ボタンを押していないにもかかわらず、朝食中にスタッフが無断で入室していました。スーツケースを開けたまま外出していたため、大変不安な気持ちになりました。結果的に盗難はありませんでしたが、宿泊施設として信頼できる対応とは思えません。

これらについてフロントに相談しましたが、「一番安い部屋を予約している」と言われ、改善には追加料金が必要との対応でした。問題への向き合い方として非常に不誠実だと感じました。

その後、Booking.com のカスタマーサポートにも相談し、写真や詳細資料まで求められたため丁寧に提出しました。しかし、「現金返金やカード返金も検討可能」と案内された後、十分な説明もないまま一方的にトラベルポイント付与へ切り替えられ、返信も途絶えました。

ホテル・Booking.com双方ともに、問題解決より“早く案件を終わらせたい”姿勢が強く感じられ、非常に不信感が残りました。

I would definitely come back to the same hotel again.
Pros:

The staff were so friendly and made me feel at home. They were very welcoming and cooperative. The location was excellent, and the breakfast restaurant had a superb view. We really enjoyed having breakfast there and did not even feel rushed to do other activities. The breakfast was also reasonably good.

Cons:

The room was fairly clean, but it still needs a bit more attention and improvement.
