Very comfortable, safe and clean hotel.
Pros:

Nice neighborhood, clean and friendly staff. The old building has much better room and nicer staff.

Cons:

Dogs everywhere. If they could keep all dogs at the lowest floor I would appreciate it. I do not like to be in a room where dogs were in there.

Low quality hotel
Pros:

I booked this hotel due to the high review scores but have immediately regretted my decision. The room is very uncomfortable and I'm not sure how people could have possibly been happy with their stay; everything from the bed to the couch is not good quality, and the layout and decor makes absolutely no sense. To make matters worse the lighting in the room is very dim and there's barely any natural light due to a small window. I'm seriously considering just leaving early and staying somewhere else because I have no idea how I'll get a good night's sleep here during my vacation. I will never make the mistake again of staying at an Ayres.
