Preis-/Leistung stimmt überhaupt nicht

Die Lage des Hotels, der öffentlichen Nahverkehr war gut zu erreichen auch eine Bäckerei, wo man sehr gut frühstücken konnte.

Cons:

Das Personal war zwar freundlich, trotzdem wurden meine Angaben z.B., dass die Zimmerschränke nicht sehr sauber war, dass die voher schriftlich gebuchten Utensilien erst am 2. Tag zur Verfügung gestellt wurden, dass die Klimaanlage nur zu 10 % funktionierte, ignoriert wurde. Sprach man das Reinigungsteam an, zuckte man mit den Schultern, weil kein Deutsch gesprochen wurde. Die Dusche roch nach faulen Eiern. Zumindest brauchten wir dann keine Garagengebühr in Höhe von 110 Euro bezahlen.

Schönes Hotel leider in die Jahre gekommen

Cons:

Erstes Zimmer war der TV defekt, also neues Zimmer. Zweites Zimmer Licht kaputt, wurde auch nicht repariert in den 3 Tagen. Gardinen hatten mehrere Löcher und das schlimmste was der Teppichboden der überall große Löcher hatte und Flecken

Pros:

De kamer was perfect! De route daar naar toe ook en vanuit het hotel naar de Dusseldorf kermis was een fluit van een cent (Metro stopt om de hoek)

Cons:

1 koffieapparaat (een slome ook nog) voor al de gasten bij het ontbijt is wel heel weinig
De mevrouw achter de balie 'smorgens om 9.00h was niet goed gehumeurd maar dat kan iedereen wel eens overkomen

Umgebung und Anbindung sind sehr angenehm.

Cons:

Leider hatte ich kein Warmwasser. Es lief minutenlang und blieb aber kalt. Ich habe daraufhin über das Zimmertelefon die Rezeption anrufen wollen - Das Telefon funktionierte nicht, also ging ich persönlich dorthin. Der Rezeptionist meinte, die anderen Gäste hätten warmes Wasser, er würde einen Techniker rufen. Man wollte mich also warten lassen, statt mir umgehend eine Alternative anzubieten, damit ich pünktlich das Hotel verlassen kann. Es kam auch keinerlei Entschuldigung. Ich sagte, dass ich nicht warten möchte und mindestens 50% Erstattung fordere, weil die Hälfte des Zimmers nicht nutzbar war. Man gab mir die E-Mail Adresse der Rezeption. Ein Kontakt zur Hoteldirektion wurde mir verweigert.

Das Zimmer ist allgemein in die Jahre gekommen. Die Badarmaturen sind allesamt so verkalkt, dass sich die Hebel nur schwer bewegen lassen. Das hatte auch ein anderer Gast vor mir an der Rezeption angemerkt. Man hat hier viel Wert auf besonderes Interieur gelegt, das sich aber offensichtlich nicht adäquat reinigen und instandhalten lässt.

Ich werde entsprechende Bewertungen schreiben und mich an die Melia Kette wenden, da ich davon ausgehe, dass die E-Mail an die Rezeption vom Personal abgefangen werden wird.

Ich rate Reisenden, die Termine und nicht alle Zeit der Welt haben, ganz klar von diesem Hotel ab.
