Grundsätzlich OK, die angesprochenen Mängel könnten relativ leicht behoben werden.
Pros:

Frühstück und Personal waren absolut in Ordnung.
Rezeption sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Dusche mitten im Zimmer ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber OK.
In der Dusche hat es leider unangenehm gerochen.
Teppichboden vor der Toilette war kaputt, sollte zumindest ausgebessert werden.
Sauberkeit könnte etwas besser sein.
Preis an diesem Wochenende (Konzert Robbis Willams in Düsseldorf) sehr hoch.

Schickes Hotel mit Orga Problem

Sauber, tolles Zimmer

Cons:

Service abends an der Bar und beim Frühstück … alles eine Frage der Organisation.
Wenn ich weiß dass nach einem Konzert so viele Leute ins Hotel zurück kommen, kann ich nicht so früh die Bar schließen .
Kein Vorwurf an den Barkeeper, der hat alles gegeben.
Frühstück: auffüllen der angebotenen Speisen und frisches Geschirr, muss nicht erst vom Kunden angesprochen werden. Das muss von alleine kommen!

Saubere Zimmer, gute Betten. Gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Das Bad ist zwar modern, doch wir mögen es nicht, wenn das Bad durch eine Glasscheibe vom Raum getrennt und keine Tür hat. Das WC ist separat.

Ligging is perfect.

Cons:

Bij aankomst was er nergens in de buurt van het hotel een parkeerplek te vinden. Het personeel denkt dan ook niet even mee. In de kamer kon geen raam open terwijl het ontzettend warm was. In de badkamer lag slechts één grote handdoek en één kleine handdoek. De douche was in het bad, terwijl het bad ontzettend hoor was. Op het bed lagen 2 hele dunne kussentjes. Het onbijt was ook zeer matig. Voor ons voldeed dit hotel totaal niet aan de verwachtingen.
