Énorme déception
Pros:

La personne à l'accueil était vraiment sympathique et souriante. L'emplacement était bien.

Cons:

C'était HYPER bruyant. Nous avions la suite 113 et c'était juste à côté de l'entrée/sortie d'un couloir donc on entendait des portes claquer toute la nuit. Il y avait aussi un bruit résiduel la nuit, comme une sécheuse qui brasse. Ça donnait des coups. Même avec des bouchons pour dormir, on entendait ce bruit. Avec les conduits d'aération, on entend tout ce qui se passe dans les autres chambres. Pendant notre séjour, il y avait des enfants qui pleuraient toute la soirée jusqu'à 22h. Vraiment pénible niveau insonorisation. L'eau de la salle de bain était problématique. L'eau du lavabo ne coulait pas bien, seulement des gouttes et faisait un bruit d'enfer. Pareil pour la douche, l'eau coulait beaucoup trop lentement. La porte de salle de bain était brisée : une partie du bois de la porte se défaisait et ça rendait impossible l'ouverture et la fermeture de la porte. Le lundi, il y avait un 5 à 7 en mode bouchées d'un grand chef (pas vraiment) et moi et mon fils avons eu une indigestion suite à certaines bouchées. Il devait aussi y avoir un service de ménage léger le weekend et complet en semaine et ça n'a jamais été fait de toute la durée de notre séjour. Quand j'ai demandé un deuxième set de serviette à l'accueil, elles étaient tachées. Honnêtement, pour le prix, on a été vraiment déçus.

Nice room except you can hear the neighbors breathing.
Pros:

All Staybridge hotels that I have visited lack sufficient acoustical reduction construction between guest rooms, public corridors and sound from above and below. It is either the flooring structural system that is lacking (wood frame vs. concrete plank flooring), or some other flaw. It is too bad because the basic architectural plan layout is very good. Your architects need to learn how to sufficiently provide the proper sound resistance normally met in hotel construction.

Cons:

Provide better sound resistance construction between the guest rooms at party walls, horizontally and vertically.

Overall it was a good stay for the price. The general area is very nice.
Pros:

Social/food service was a great bonus. I liked having a kitchen to use. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Easy check-in/out experience.

Cons:

The room floor could have been a little cleaner, and the carpet is a little old and needs replacement. The hotel allows pets, so there was a light smell in the room.

Les Reno pour le déjeuner étais vraiment bien
Le choix de déjeuner est correct pour un continental

Cons:

Seul choses que nous avons moins aimer est dans notre chambre , le lit était dur (celon nous) les oreiller pas asser Moeulleuse et l’air climatiser trop près du divan donc dur bien tempérer la chambre

J’aurais pris des muffin au desjeuner en ajout (mais très bon choix varier)

We stayed for 7 nights, and this was our second stay at this hotel. Once again, we were very happy with our experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and housekeeping was always available when requested. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary evening snacks offered from Monday to Wednesday — a very nice touch! We also appreciated the free laundry room, which is especially convenient for families. The only downside was that some guests left their laundry in the machines and did not come back for it. For example, wet towels were left in one of the dryers for two days. The outdoor pool was another great bonus. After a hot day, it was wonderful to relax and cool off there. Overall, we had another great stay and would definitely come back again.

Perfect for Family of 6, 2 nights
Pros:

Clean, renovated, good breakfast, nice staff. 2 bedroom suite great for family of 6. Pretty well equipped kitchen for a hotel. Comfortable Sleeper sofa!

Cons:

Kitchen is tight, better for reheating food than trying to cook. But lots of glassware and dishes.

Swimming pool was the best!
Pros:

It is easy to go to Boston. Just have a 20 minutes drive until Alewife train station and from there it is a 10 minutes by train to Haward Sq. Parking costs 9 euros plus 3 dollars the train ticket per person. The swimming pool and the basketball court was also a good surprise. Laundry is also available for free and easy to use. I look forward to seeing when all renovations are complete

It was good
