Please anybody I know do not waste your money coming to stay in the dirty dated neglected bedrooms of this hotel.
There are charity organizations who would come out and rip out and replace the bathrooms here because there are covered in mold they are dirty. They do not work and they don’t even bother to put flannels or bathmat in here.
The walls are dirty. The handles are dirty. The shelves are dirty in the broken clothes cupboard. Because I arrived here late night with my father in the hospital I didn’t even unpack, and I slept with my clothes on because even the sheets and pillowcases feel old and I don’t know how clean they are.
Service and quality went down substantially from years past
Our rooms were run down - peeling headboard, stained walls, banged up desk. The sheets felt semi-clean, with lots of wrinkles and none of the clean feel of hotels.
This is the worst hotel I have ever met. They lied to me about having paid parking, but I paid three times looking for parking for 3 hours and didn't find any. They didn't care at all. They wanted me to park 2 miles away from the hotel.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS with such liers
This property Is unique because it’s allows you to chill in Middle of a big Metropolin area, The national park, which is next to it and the small coffee bar with benches around. It really allows you to take a vacation from the vacation.
A disaster. I booked this hotel as it was the closest to Tel Hashomer hospital. The bathroom stunk. The bathroom floor flooded and my clothes were drenched. I saw two cockroaches running across the floor. The lifts are in a terrible state. An absolute disgrace.
It is all about timming, Mid winter, israel having a lot of issue's , and i had to visit...
but..Hotel is great , very good service at all places, i had a room+ breakest.. room very clean and the tems is always around to clean/support, the breakfest is one of the best i have seen in hotels...they do not hold on anything !! plenty plenty of options...the service team- very polite , helpfull and supportive...the location is great if you rent a car with very easy exit to one of the main roads south/north in israel, the authorities dig everywhere, and building all the time, so traffic, is like traffic in abuilding site- but this is all over the center of israel, i assume...(driving in israel is like war zone) i recomand this hotel if you have plans to go around the country , considering the rates, the service the option they are on the top list.
PARKING is cool , but have in mind the parking- big parking- is paid through the hotel for a reasonable rate- but it is full all day and empty at night...if you stay out all day and come back at night- is perfect...also- if you go around tel aviv yafo and ramat ganor around -take TAXI dont drive....try to avoid driving in the center of israel...is not a pleasent experiance
Bedroom door shut only by slamming it
Unable to drawer curtains fully to meet in the middle so light came through between the otherwise excellent light-excluding curtains
No information in room or lobby (neither booklet nor on TV) about hotel, e.g. how to access sports club; meal options (times, venues, costs, what); how to use the coffee machine. Though reception staff helpful.
Shower water was either very hot or cold, not warm.
Pkug sockets unusable without moving desk away from the wall (staff move it back).
Towels & bathmat removed by cleaner & not replaced until I'd called reception twice (1hr apart) - then incorrect message passed to house team.
My personal bathroom items all piled into my wash bag - left out because that's where I wanted them.
No recycling facilities apparent.
Reception staff very helpful (except for message re bathmat).
Clean, quiet and good breakfast.
Very spacious sweets, at the center of Israel.
This is one of the most awful hotels I have ever stayed in. I cannot believe it calls itself a hotel. First of all we paid value added tax twice due to their error and the "manager" who promied to get back to us to rectify the problem never did. Bring food! There is a small restaurant with a very limited menu. Or you can choose to eat in the dining room and pay 100 Shekels for cheese and vegetables.
Wonderful breakfast and recreational facilifies.
An excellent place for families with children. I highly recommend it. The hotel is located near the second largest park in Israel and the Ramat Gan Safari and Zoo. The park is amazing and the Zoo experience was great. The hotel was great and the service was outstanding.
Good hotel
Good room
Nice place but poor service.
Amazing!
I would stay here again. I love the place. Comfortable and big rooms, amazing breakfast buffet. I love it :0)
Comfortable, clean and quiet room, professional and courteous staff (they let us checkin early), pleasant dining options, swimming pool available, & proximity to the National Park in Tel-Aviv a bonus!
Although my trip was postponed the hotel staff were excellent in resolving my issues and I look forward to rebooking next time.
