Pros:

Great beds and pillows, clean and smelled good. Modern lobby area with places to sit. The room was very comfortable. I really did like this hotel.

Cons:

Not a lot of breakfast choices if you're plant based or veg. No plant milk for the coffee. Parking needs more lighting. We were at the end of the hall and hot water took a long time to get to us.

It was a quick on route stop and was adequate for our purposes.
Pros:

Most importantly it was very clean.

Cons:

No wifi service. Could not connect any streaming services such as Netflix with our phone to the TV. No complimentary continental breakfast. All food was by order and had to be purchased. That is a nice feature to offer but a simple grab and go would be helpful.

Fantastic
Pros:

Colleen & Ashley were outstanding. Very professional and Very Friendly. They were like family. They made us feel like they were our sisters. You have 2 fantastic women, so don't let them go. This is the first time we felt like we were part of the place. We love those 2.

It’s was ok

Location was a lot near the hotel and wasn’t far from downtown it was clean

Cons:

The shower was broke the shades was broke couldn’t even let the son in and the be was uncomfortable only one elevator was working one of my dispensers in the shower was broken

I would recommend this place with how clean it was and how nice the staff were.
Pros:

The room was very clean, breakfast was delicious, the shower pressure and water temp were perfect! Very comfortable bed, too.

Comfortable, clean and safe
Pros:

Comfortable beds, lots of hot water for my shower and it was quiet and I always felt safe. Great coffee in the morning

You need to improve maintenance of room and cleaning

Not clean, no signs of cleaning job. Microwave is dirty and broken, shower broken. Tube cracked, dusty room.
