Close to the airport; the room was large and comfortable
The location and proximity to RDU was why we chose this hotel.
Our flight was at 7am but the airport shuttle didn't start until 7am. The website needs to be updated as this is very misleading. Also, I specifically asked prior to booking the room about parking. I've stayed in this hotel before and kept my car there for my trip at no charge. For this stay, I was told that the hotel now charges $15 per day to park. It is cheaper to pay to park at the Economy lot at RDU, so we did that rather than pay $15 and have to find a way to the airport for an early morning flight. I will look for another hotel for my next trip that provides shuttle earlier and allows for free parking. Please update your website so this will not be a surprise for future guests.
I liked that the hotel was close to my sister's home, close to my daughter's college, and the price that I received for the stay.
I did not like that when I checked into my room one of the beds had rocks or graduals in the bed, the framing of the wall in the bathroom looked rusted, and the sheets were stained. I was moved to another room but the 2nd room had no closet door, the shower knob was about to fall off, the microwave plate was broken so the food did not heat properly, and there was a bug in on of the beds.
Everything was fine but I was charged twice which is not fine. The room was payed for yet you billed the room to my credit card. I rented the room for a funeral and after speaking to your staff they left the burden on me to follow up about the double billing. Dealing with grief is hard enough and now to deal with customer service about paying twice for the same room.
Everything was wonderful, will definitely be staying again
That check out time is at 11am instead of 12pm
Would have liked oatmeal, there was a crock pot, empty, but all the additives for oatmeal were set out. So settled for english muffin, at least they had those, better than just bread. I used cream cheese. The butter was in the fridge, ok, but too hard to spread on the muffin. Need some set out to soften up.
The room was great, plenty of room, kitchenette, large computer desk, sofa area separate from bed, which was comfy.
No suggestions.
This is not a bad hotel a littledated but they are holding it togetherwell. I normally stay down the street at another Marriott property. The staff was friendly and check in was a breeze especially after using the mobile check-in. I got a room on the 4th floor. The room was clean, great job house keeping. Bed was comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was great!! I rated this hotel a 4 out of 5. There is nothing really over the top here. About your standard SpringHill Suite. Great location to the airport.

Muy ruidoso , las camas blandas muy malas , el desayuno lleno de gente.
Lo peor es el servicio se room service , en 4 noches nunca ordenaron la pieza a pesar de salir a las 10:00 am y volver tarde cuando ya no había a quién reclamar.
No volvería!!!
