A good location for our purposes. Apt pretty tatty.

All round a very good stay.
Pros:

Great location with facilities living up to all expectations.

Cons:

Having one of two lifts out of service for the duration of our stay was inconvenient. Although we appreciated that it may have been out of the control o unit management, it still took the gloss off our stay.

The location of the Mantra Coolangatta Beach was excellent for our purposes as we were travelling for a wedding.

Cons:

We booked a studio room given that it was only for a 2 night stay. I think it would be a good idea to mention on your site that when booking a studio room, that you may get the room that is located right next to reception, therefore as well as hearing the noisy cleaners early in the morning, you can also hear all the comings ang goings in reception. As one lift was also out of use during our stay, there was always a large number of guests congregated in reception waiting, which also added to the noise.

Pros:

Great spot, fabulous views from level 17. All necessities + restaurants, surf club within walking distance. Clean spacious apartment for 2-4 guests, good on-site parking.

Cons:

Only one operational lift, making it difficult for guests + staff to enter and exit higher levels.

The pool is not a heated pool there is just a spa , I called and asked if it was a heated pool and they said yes .
