Bardzo fajny hotel w Berlinie
Pros:

Całkiem fajny hotel, pokoje komfortowe i duże. Śniadania bardzo dobre i wcale nie monotonne, bo było w czym wybierać.
Sympatyczny personel.
Blisko do stacji kolejowej.
W pobliżu dużo knajpek i barów, niedaleko Lidl.
Ogólnie polecam, to był udany pobyt.

Cons:

Brak klimatyzacji w pokoju. My byliśmy jak było ok 20st.C więc dało się wytrzymać, ale w upały musi być gorąco.
Trochę mały parking, działający na zasadzie kto pierwszy ten lepszy, ale hotel o tym informuje.

Muy buena experiencia
Pros:

Las vistas de la cafetería son increíbles, y en el mismo barrio tienes buenos restaurantes de comida alemana e incluso playas para bañarte en el río.
La atención del personal es familiar y amable.
La cama era muy cómoda y el desayuno bastante bien.

Cons:

No tienen aire acondicionado y en verano hace calor. Hay un pequeño ventilador en el armario que puedes sacar y poner en la mesa.
Hay que coger dos tipos de transporte para llegar al centro, pero hay muchas líneas y con bastante frecuencia.

Tolle ruhige Lage, aber leider werden die Zimmer vernachlässigt
Pros:

Wir sind häufiger Gast in diesem Hotel, die Lage (Nähe Müggelsee, Altstadt Köpenick) ist schön, die Betten sind gut, Zimmer zum Hinterhof sind ruhig

Cons:

Es könnte etwas mehr in die Zimmer investiert werden, man sieht leider, dass die Zimmer mit der Zeit mehr und mehr vernachlässigt werden. Kaputte Treteimer, seltener Zimmerservice nur nach vorheriger Anmeldung (obwohl bei Anreise gewünscht), schimmeliger Duschvorhang, kaputter Duschkopf- dies rückt den Aufenthalt unnötiger Weise in ein schlechtes Licht. Schade

Okay, aber next time Zimmer an der Flussseite
Pros:

Ein durchaus passables Hotel am östlichen Stadtrand und bestens geeignet, wenn man etwa eine Veranstaltung in der Parkbühne Wuhlheide besucht. Die Fahrt ins Berliner Stadtzentrum ist von der Dauer her gerade noch akzeptabel. In der näheren Umgebung, speziell in Köpenick, sind mehrere gute Lokale (auch etwa singapurisch!), die Lage des Hotels am Fluss Dahme ist wahrlich idyllisch und das angeschlossene italienische Restaurant mit Terrasse am Ufer wirklich sehr, sehr okay. Good food, faire Preise.

Cons:

Man sollte die Zimmer straßenseitig meiden, da helfen auch die erstaunlich schallfesten Fenster nicht wirklich, zumal es zumindest in unserem (super geräumigen!) Raum keine Klimaanlage gab (Mitte Juli, heiß, schwül), nächtliches Lüften nur wenig Abkühlung brachte und es von den Straßengeräuschen her auf Dauer unpackbar war.

Pros:

Gutes Frühstücksbuffet, nach Upgrade des Zimmers schönen Meerblick.

Cons:

Zunächst ein Zimmer Richtung Straße gehabt, dies war für uns nicht tragbar, sodass wir tatsächlich in ein anderes Zimmer gegen Aufpreis umziehen konnten.

Durch fehlenden Schlaf leider nicht so schön …
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut.
Gute Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zur Innenstadt.

Cons:

War vor ca. 12 Jahren schon einmal in diesem Hotel ( Zimmer lag damals seitlich ) Habe diesmal den Fehler gemacht, ein Zimmer zur Straße zu nehmen. Das war so laut in der Nacht. Man musste das Fenster öffnen um im Zimmer bei 30 Grad Luft zu bekommen.
Mein Tip wäre, wenigstens für die Zimmer zur Straße eine Klimaanlage dann könnten die Fenster zu bleiben.
Leider war das Zimmer auch sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das Reinigungspersonal sollte auch mal einen Blick an die Zimmerdecken werfen, vielleicht geht ihnen dann ein Licht auf.
