Für eine Nacht gerade so ok, wenn man keine hohen Ansprüche hat
Pros:

Freundliche Mitarbeitende an der Rezeption und am Telefon

Cons:

Gebucht wurde ein Zimmer für drei Personen. Jeder würde davon ausgehen, dass das gebuchte Zimmer über drei Betten verfügt. Kurz vor Anreise wurden wir gefragt, ob wir ein Zustellbett benötigen, da das Zimmer nur über zwei Betten verfügt. Bei einem Telefonat wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass aufgrund einer hohen Auslastung nicht sicher sei, ob ein Zustellbett frei ist. Wir hatten Glück, es gab letztendlich ein freies Zustellbett, dafür musste jedoch noch ein Aufschlag bezahlt werden. Wieso werden Zimmer für drei Personen verkauft und hinterher wird gefragt, ob man auch drei Betten benötigt??? Sehr strange.
Die Zimmerausstattung war sehr einfach, Matratzen durchgelegen, Kleiderschrank defekt, insgesamt sehr abgewohnt.
Frühstück war nichts besonderes, ganz einfacher Standard. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt überhaupt nicht.

classic good hotel - nice river view, quiet area (even though it's by the street), great personel

Cons:

room service skipped the floor - the were someone's dirty socks in the closet; the shower needs an update - curtain on a metal wire is overkill

Nicht unbedingt noch einmal. Ein paar Meter weiter gehts vermutlich wesentlich besser !
Pros:

Zimmer waren passabel, sauber aber sehr laut. Schlafen war bei geöffneten Fenstern nicht möglich. Trotz Hitze mußten wir die Fenster geschlossen halten. keine Klimatisierung !

Cons:

Vermutlich der Geschäftsführer (?) hatte (am 22.5.) einen recht anmaßenden, herrischen Ton und insgesamt unfreundliche Art. Die Worte Bitte und Danke kennt er offensichtlich nicht. Willkommen klingt ganz anders. Dies wurde auch von anderen Gästen bestätigt. Die defekte Leuchte im Zimmer hat er recht unwillig ausgetauscht- man konnte den Eindruck haben, selbst dafür verantwortlich zu sein.
Für den Preis war das 1.Frühstück bereits hart an der Grenze des Zumutbaren was Auswahl und Wartezeiten bei Brötchen und Belag betraf. Minimalistisch zwar-aber wir (13 Personen) gingen froh in den Tag.
Unsere Entscheidung, das 2. Frühstück ebenfalls im Haus einzunehmen erwies sich als kapitaler Fehler. Alles war knapp oder fehlte ganz. Brötchen, Brot Kaffe, Aufstrich uam. und wurde wenn überhaupt, erst nach längerer Zeit nachgelegt.
Eine Katastrophe, die einige Gäste zur Umkehr veranlasste. Einzig das Sitzen am Wasser entschädigte uns etwas.
Die für das Frühstück verantwortliche Dame war offensichtlich allein und gab wirklich alles. Respekt !!
Der Name des älteren Herrn am Empfang (s. oben) ist mir leider nicht bekannt, lässt sich aber sicher ermitteln. Für
ihn läßt sich sicher eine Verwendung finden, wo er seine "Qualitäten" besser zur Geltung bringen kann.

Die Lage war relativ zentral. Zimmer okay.
Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist okay
In Großen und Ganzen war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung.
Wir haben im Hotel NICHT gefrühstückt

Cons:

Trotz geschlossener Fenster war es sehr laut von der viel befahrenen Straße her. Doppel- oder Dreifachverglasung bei den Fenstern zur Straße hin ist empfehlenswert. Der Teppichboden in den Gängen ist schon sehr abgenutzt.

Der Preis, die Abstellmöglichkeit des Fahrzeuges und sehr gut das Frühstück

Cons:

Keine Reinigung des Zimmers trotz Bitte.
Der Ausblick war auf das Schloss nicht möglich, obwohl damit geworben wird. Starke Küchengerüche im ganzen Haus bis ins Zimmer.
