Die Zimmer zur Straße sind eine Zumutung. Solch eine Lautstärke durch den Straßenvekehr ist mir noch nie untergekommen

Le bruit des chambres donnant sur la rue, l'absence de rideau de douche, le petit déjeuner, la musique tard le soir, le bruit des travaux tôt le matin.

Für den Preis hätte ich mir mehr erwartet - das nächste Mal buchen wir in Berlin etwas anderes

für eine Nacht war es auszuhalten - aber für den Preis (Doppelzimmer und DZ mit Aufbettung) haben wir uns mehr versprochen. unser Zimmer hätte mal wieder eine Generalüberholung notwendig

Cons:

- das Zimmer war zur Strasse und damit sehr laut -offenes Fenster nachts war nicht möglich
- Lage am Wasser war okay - kann sehr gemütlich sein, wenn das Wetter passt und wenn man ausserhalb der Frühstückszeiten dort auch in den garten kommt - am Nachmittag war alles verschlossen
- Frühstück war okay - die Tische wären mit einer Tischdecke vielleicht einladender ... das Hotel nennt sich Hotel am Schloss - aber von einer einladenden Stimmung war nicht unbedingt die Rede... es wirkte alles etwas einfallslos und nur so dahin drapiert - hier könnte mehr die Kapazität genutzt werden
-die Betten war sehr weich und das das Zustellbett extra kostet ist eigentlich eine "Frechheit", wenn ich ein dreibettzimmer buche. dabei handelt es sich dann auch nur um ein Klappbett, hier hätten wir zumindest ein schlafsofa erwartet. das Schlafen auf dem Klappbett war eine Zumutung und nicht gerade schlaffördernd - unser Kind sprach von Rückenbeschwerden am Morgen
- die Ausschildung zum Parkhaus ist sehr schwer von der Strasse zu erkennen - hier besteht Verbesserungspotentional zumal wenn man im Rushhour gerade am Hotel vorbeigefahren ist und man sich komplett wieder anstellen muss

Sehr kleine Zimmer, für den Preis sollte man etwas mehr Luxus bekommen, anstatt einer Klimaanlage steht da ein kleiner Ventilator im Schrank. Man kann die Fenster nur kippen und man erstickt fast… nie wieder

Der Eingangsbereich sieht sehr gemütlich und einladend aus.

Cons:

Bei den Zimmern bekommt man einen Schock. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer für 2 Nächte gebucht. Es war extrem heruntergekommen, die Eingangstür knallte laut, das Bett gleichte einer Betonplatte, der Kleiderschrank war nicht nutzbar, da er klemmte. Im Bad war ein wirklich ekliger Duschvorhang (vergilbt, schmutzig und alt) und es gab nur extrem kaltes oder heißes Wasser - dazwischen unmöglich. Alle Möbel waren sehr alt und beschädigt. Die Lampen funktionierten teilweise nicht (2 Lampen defekt)

Einfache Ausstattung, keine Klimaanlage und direkt an der Straße. Es war sehr laut und warm. Mit offenem Fenster konnte man nicht schlafen.
