Despite the issue with the beds, our stay was comfortable.
Pros:

The location met my expectations. It was exactly what I was looking for. Most importantly, all the staff we interacted with at the front desk the valet housekeeping were incredibly helpful and friendly.

Cons:

I usedbooking.com to reserve my room. I booked and was confirmed for a room with two queen beds as I was traveling with my teenage son. I was disappointed to find instead we had a room with just one bed. The front desk staff accommodated our request for a rollaway, though told us we were lucky to receive the last one. So initially the disappointment was not having two queens and then I was left wondering how do we not receive the last one what would have been the solution? Frankly, if we weren’t on a time sensitive schedule, I would have looked for accommodations elsewhere in the area as there are many to choose from that could’ve provided to queen beds.

La ubicación para acceder a la zona de los pier es perfecta. En menos de 5 minutos estás paseando por los piers. El desayunto bastante bien. Sin grandes lujos, pero completo. Típico americano.

Perfect location for first time visitors to San Francisco
Pros:

The hotel's location on Fisherman's Wharf is ideal. It is centrally located to most tourist attractions, restaurants and shops on the Wharf. The breakfast every morning was sumptuous.

Cons:

The cinnamon rolls every morning could be swapped with different kind of sweet buns. Bathrooms should have an extra bath mat.

Perfect stay.
Pros:

I believe all hotels are over priced these days, but this hotels comfort, cleanliness and condition was superior to most comparably priced hotels. It perfectly met our needs. Offered a breakfast buffet and just a short walk to Fisherman's Wharf. What we liked most was the proximity to the cruise ship terminal at pier 27. About a 20min walk on level ground.
