A localização é muito central, pertinho da casa de Anne Frank. Cama confortável, chuveiro excelente e café da manhã muito bom.
Tudo ótimo. Mas não vá se tiver alguma restrição motora, pois o acesso é através de escadas íngremes.
The.rooms are very small, bedsits are bigger, you can not move around the bed, its very basic, i would have chosen.a 4 or 5 star hotel but my cousin had already booked here and was scaping the bottom of the barrel of her purse strings.
I would not stay here again for comfort.
The staff are very nice and helpful, they make the hotel. But the hotel itself is rather awful. My comments are just about the hotel and not the staff so should not reflect badly on them personally.

Sehr steile und enge Treppe, Frühstück eher knapp, Bett sehr sehr weich.
Hotel in centro, ho girato tutto a piedi. Personale gentile e molto disponibile. Camera silenziosa e pulitissima. La colazione è ottima ed abbondante c'è tutto latte,caffè, the,succo d'arancia,cornetti, pane,nutella,frutta e tanto altro. Ho lasciato lo zaino sia all'arrivo che dopo il checkout. Al checkin lo zaino era già in camera... bravi, efficienti, organizzati!

Aamupala tosi suppea, huone tosi pieni ja epäkäytännöllinen. Sängyn patjat pehmeät ja upottavat. Vessanpöntöllä istuessa polvet hankasivat ovea vasten. Hotellissa ei hissiä ja rappuset todella jyrkät.

Attention beaucoup d'escaliers et très raides.
Localisation de l'hôtel très pratique, on peut faire beaucoup de visites à pied.

Fantastic location near Anne frank house and royal palace. Easy walking distance to canal tours and shops and restaurants. Beautiful hotel. Stairs are a hike but worth it. Breath taking view from the breakfast room of the church. Staff was great and helpful. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Only caution would be to bring your own shampoo and conditioner and bath soap as there is only the three-in-one stuff that dries out hair. Breakfast spread was great - amazing croissants and options.
Need toiletries in the bathrooms.
Location was great, staff was super friendly and helpful, the small fridge in the room was a nice touch.
If you go in a heat wave be prepared for heat. As per the details of the hotel there is no AC.
If you have an issue with steep stairs - the stairs are very steep.

El desayuno tenia poca variedad
Nagyon központi helye van, ár-értek arányban megfelelő szállás. A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész. A meredek lépcső jellegzetessége Amszterdamnak, de a csomagokkal segítőkészek voltak és felvitték a szobába. A szállás elfoglalása előtt és elhagyása után is volt lehetőségünk a csomagunkat a szálláson hagyni megőrzésre.
Nagyon szűk a szoba, a reggeli lehetne változatosabb.
La ubicación es excelente, la habitación que me brindaron era amplia, con hermosas vistas. Si bien tiene escaleras empinadas son muy amables y se disponen a ayudar con el equipaje.
