Pros:

Location was great, room and bathroom were big, staff were friendly.

Cons:

The room seemed very tired and there was a bit of staining on the curtains/blinds and lots of dust on the phone. The bathroom didn't have the little 'extras' that I'd expect for a Hilton at this price.

Hotel met goed ontbijt maar wel met koude airco
Pros:

Het personeel was over het algemeen heel vriendelijk.
Ik was blij dat het een Internationaal ontbijt was, met onder andere vers gesneden fruit wat ik belangrijk vind.
De meeste dagen waren het super lekkere croissants, een andere dag was het ineens minder en het was geen zondag... beetje vreemd, maar al bij al was het een goed ontbijt.

Cons:

De airco in de eetzaal stond verschrikkelijk koud!! Heel onaangenaam en we hebben er met ons reisgezelschap een verkoudheid aan over gehouden. We hebben het meermaals gezegd én de laatste dag hebben ze airco minder gezet.
Bij de boeking maakten ze reclame dat kinderen 50 % in het restaurant zouden krijgen. Toen we de rekening kregen, was dit niet zo... maar de vriendelijke mijnheer heeft dit wel rechtgezet voor ons.

Good location for Islington and easy access to Underground, room was modern, friendly and helpful staff, enjoyed breakfast.
Would stay again.

Cons:

When checking in room, previous guest's discarded food plate was still outside room door, not good for first impression.
Stained toilet seat needs attention or replacing.
Rather uncomfortable mattress, noisy air conditioning. (I am a fairly light sleeper, this may not bother other guests)
