Boa estadia, bem localizado, quartos limpos, amplos e cheirosos
Pros:

A equipe muito educada e muito prestativa.
Banheiros excelentes
Quartos amplos, limpos e com excelente roupa de cama.
Bons amenities
Lobby muito bom, inclusive os banheiros muito limpos do lobby.

Cons:

O café da amnhã, apesar de muito bom, tornou-se extremamente repetitivo.
A piscina etava suja e mal cuidada. Havia grelhas de captação de água levantadas e que machucaram o pé do meu filho.
Academia com equipamentos muito obsoletos, antigos, mal cuidados.

The staff were exceptionally kind, especially Andrea. She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. I’d like to sincerely thank her for making my experience even better.
