Great location for a concert at Allstate
Pros:

So close to Allstate Arena. Clean comfortable and quiet. Never heard a plane going over!

Cons:

Bar tender was asking for cash only?? Pretty rough guy. Wouldn't give his name he said after the concert he couldn't take CC and wouldn't charge to our room? But when we got back he was taking CCs. Bizarre experience

Very relaxing get away

Its proximity to the Arena, the peace and quiet, bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Staff member was rather rude when I politely asked for help. Pool door wouldn’t let us in, told him thank you 3x and he didn’t even respond.

Pros:

La ubicación es muy conveniente si necesitas estar cerca del aeropuerto, y tiene shuttle gratuito.
La habitación es amplia y muy cómoda.

Cons:

La piscina estaba fría. Fuimos en una ola de calor y aún así no la pudimos usar. Una pena, era lo que más ilusión nos hacía de la estadía.

Pros:

No air conditioning until 1030 at night. Finally the temperature in the room went down 2° from 77.9 to 75.6 roughly it took four hours to replace the broken refrigerator where I had $50 worth of meals trying to keep cool I was anticipating to stay there for two days, but due to the staff morning staff the GM and the operational manager. Also the issue was noise if I had known that the airplanes were flying a couple of hundred feet over the hotel I definitely would’ve not booked there at all. I am hoping that you communicated with the general manager the night manager and operations manager and was able to get written confirmation of my full refund for such a bad experience.

Cons:

The night Manager tried the best he could, but he got a line of BS from the engineering department and also the maintenance tech who was trying his best to run through all the operational dialogue on the computer to get everything running was just amazing. It was so apologetic when he brought the refrigerator up four hours later.
