The location, very central
Stayed during very warm weather and no air con but was provided with a fan
La ubicación perfecta, la cama cómoda, habitación y baño limpios, personal atento y cercano.
El agua de la ducha se salía bastante y mojaba el suelo de baño, la habitación cumple su función pero era un poco pequeña

Freundliche Mitarbeiter. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag geputzt. Großes und sauberes Bad. Super Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten zum Britisch Museum.
Altmodische Ausstattung/Wände. Kleines Fenster ohne Ausblick.

No air con as was so hot, rooms were really tiny and double bed was tiny.
Not a lot. The location is good but the hotel is in desperate need of refurbisment.

No aircon m, shabby, nothing like the photos, lift broken generally very shabby need a lot of money spent

Location is ok
It’s desperately in need of renovation. It’s run down. It’s ok if you’re working out of town but I would not reccomended it for a romantic stay. Mould in the bathroom. Very old fixtures and fittings a lot of “let’s put some sellotape over that it will be fine” old mattresses and pillows from the middle aisle of aldi
