Only location
This hotel claims to be a 3-star property, but I wouldn’t even give it 1 a star.
· Room size: Absolutely laughable. “Non-existent” is the perfect description. You can barely turn around without hitting a wall.
· Amenities: No ironing facilities, no safe cabinet. For a supposed 3-star hotel, these are basic expectations – completely missing.
· Phone: Dead. Doesn’t work. And since it’s your only way to reach reception, good luck trying to get any help.
· Door lock: The lock from the inside is faulty and doesn’t secure properly. I felt unsafe the entire night – anyone could have pushed the door open.
· Service: Can’t reach reception by phone, so any issue means walking down.
Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Zimmer war leider überhaupt nicht wie auf dem Bild. Es war alles eher verwohnt und müsste Mal erneuert werden. Das Bett war so klein, dass wir es bei der Hitzewelle nicht ausgehalten haben, zu zweit in dem Bett zu schlafen. Also hat immer einer auf dem Boden geschlafen.
An sich ist die Gegend gut, weil es relativ zentral ist, nur leider ist es ausgerechnet in dieser Straße sehr dreckig und vermüllt und man hat viele Obdachlose direkt vor dem Hotel.

The hotel was close to the theatre so an easy walk back
The main issue was outside the hotel. A lot of homeless people shouting through the night immediately outside. Even with the windows shut we could hear them. The room did not have a mirror in the bedroom. It could also do with some net curtains as when the curtains were open our room was quite visible from the road.
Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Good shower. There was a fan which was good as very hot. Our room was to the back of the building so reasonably quiet.
Room was very small, so was the bathroom. One side of the bed did not have a bedside table. Thicker blackout curtains would have been appreciated.

The staff were friendly and efficient, the room was clean and the shower good.
The room we were in was on the ground floor, we didn’t want to open the window therefore was very warm.
It was clean tidy good location reasonable priced for it was located 10 min walk to Leicester Square

No facilities, No air conditioner! The time that I stayed, London was very hot but the room has no A/C. Everything looks old.

The location was ideal for what we needed to stay for as we were close to the theatre.
The room was very small and not sound proof. We were able to hear what was going on in the rooms around us. It was also very loud outside, despite the window being shut.
The location was fantastic for me and my two daughters as we were there to watch a show and it was walking distance to both the theatre and oxford street.
The only thing was the fact that we had to sleep with the windows closed on the hottest night because the local shop decided to do new shopfitting at 2.30am .

l'absence de petit déjeuner, l'absence de porte serviettes, de porte papier wc, de brosse pour les wc. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de petits déjeuner mais on peut en trouver juste en face.
