Staff were kind and friendly, great location

Cons:

After booking, I found some reviews about bed bugs etc and once getting into the room even though it looked fine, this caused me stress and to not actually get under the covers therefore not having a great sleep

Ingenting- at det kan kalles et hotell er ikke greit. Beliggenhet er bra

Cons:

Det er det verste hotellet jeg noen gang har sett. Personalet var frekke og skyldte på oss da vi klagde på at det var lus, hår og skjeggkre i senga. Det var ikke kaldt vann i vasken, bare brennende varmt. Hotellet var så slitent og virket overhodet ikke trygt å bo på. Vi måtte rømme til et annet hotell i nærheten

Cons:

The location is full of drug use and noise. The rooms are at a stretch the same as the pictures. Everything in the room was broken or falling apart. Tired to shower and the pressure was so high it flew off the wall and I had to use all my towels to mop it up. Lastly the tv was at the side of the bed with no way of sitting to watch it. Honestly… I wish I’d slept outside.

Good location but not the best facility
Pros:

Great location. 4 minute walk to Tottenham Court Road tube station.

Cons:

Toilet didn’t flush a few times, we had to leave it for a few minutes and then try again. On the morning of our check out there was no water at all throughout the whole hotel.

Handy for theatre .

Cons:

Rooms noisy .. reception man had a couldn't be bothered attitude . Left for a show notice rubbish still in sitting area from people who had been sat there as we came in. No one had removed it. List of rules in bedroom . Ridiculous fine limit for damages was scared to touch anything...the loo was crammed into a corner ..noisy .
