The microwave and blinds were broken. The reason we picked a hotel instead of an AirBNB was for the pool and the whole time there it was out of service.

Embarassing.
Nothing works: laundry machine, pancake machine, communal fridge, threadmill, ALL at of ORDER. It became a joke.
This place should not be in business.
Absolutely Nothing!!
Anything!! The lack of professionalism of the entire staff. The inconvenience of my room initially being on the 3rd floor without a working elevator. Then to move us to the first floor, with a handicap accessible room as if to say they were doing me a favor, was insulting. The dirty blood stained wash cloth underneath the mattress, oh and the black mold that was in the floor of the shower.

Needs a few small upgrades
Breakfast was GREAT! LOVED how you left it out a little longer for those of us who were running late! Room was mostly clean and room was attended to when we were not there, even on the day we were in the room until 10:00. LOVED the lighting in the bathroom!!! BEST that i've seen in a LONG time ♥ Window coverings were PERFECT---blocked out ALL light!
Sink was SUPER slow draining.. bathroom had random hairs on the wall and sink. Shower temperature was great, but the pressure was REALLY low and the hard water was BAD. Would have appreciated the bathroom being cleaned a little more thoroughly each day (toilet, sink)
