Perfect for a few days, but if we stayed longer we would have needed to contact staff about issues.
Pros:

Breakfast was GREAT! LOVED how you left it out a little longer for those of us who were running late! Room was mostly clean and room was attended to when we were not there, even on the day we were in the room until 10:00. LOVED the lighting in the bathroom!!! BEST that i've seen in a LONG time ♥ Window coverings were PERFECT---blocked out ALL light!

Cons:

Sink was SUPER slow draining.. bathroom had random hairs on the wall and sink. Shower temperature was great, but the pressure was REALLY low and the hard water was BAD. Would have appreciated the bathroom being cleaned a little more thoroughly each day (toilet, sink)

Would have been great if everything was in working condition
Pros:

The staff, they were very helpful in trying to resolve our problems.

Cons:

Pool heater not working, could not use.
No ice in ice machine.
No cane sugar packets for cereal or coffee at breakfast

Pros:

I thought the bed and pillows were more comfortable than your typical hotel in the same price range. Hotel was quiet. Good value.

Great Staff!
Pros:

Erin at the front desk was extremely welcoming and helpful, and along with Bobby the GM helped us to get a great suite with two queen beds and a pullout couch so we were comfortable. Thank you Erin and Bobby! Very much appreciated. You two are great IHG representatives! TE
