Phenomenal location for those water lovers, by the rainforest and at the entrance to the Great Barrier Reef.
Pros:

Location was unbearable. It was right across from the Reef Terminal
And walkable to most places.
We had a spectacular view of the wharf and entrance to the Great Barrier Reef and near the rainforest. Wild cockatoos in front of the building. We saw wild kangaroos by the rainforest.
We had plenty of space in the well appointed room and a in suite washer and dryer. Being to cook some of our own meals was helpful.
Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

As a weekly apartment there wasn’t any cleaning. We grabbed extra towels etc when we needed them. Not a big deal but garbage pick up and towel refresh would have been nice.

Excellent location, close to everything,

Cons:

Wifi is not working in the hotel.

We are travelling with a 22-month-old baby and have been trying to cook food for her. However, the induction cooktop in the kitchen is not working properly because the cookware provided is not suitable for the cooktop. We have been struggling with this issue, and unfortunately no one at the hotel has been able to assist us.
Very disappointed.

Great location, friendly helpful staff.

Cons:

Cleanliness. Shower wouldn’t drain whilst in use due to clogged drain, hair from previous guests. Layer of dust on several surfaces.
