I was there when the power went out. There were people in the lobby visibly upset. It was a transformer and not the hotel’s fault. I bet those people got some type of compensation for complaining though. Meanwhile, I was checked out of the hotel a day early. Only found out bc our towels weren’t replenished. The person on the phone said not to worry and it would be fixed. I then received numerous notifications from Apple Pay about a declined transaction. They were trying to use the Apple Pay card number and not the actual card that I paid with. Then I noticed that I was charged more than I originally was bc they charged me for the night and not my remaining balance. Very unprofessional. Although the power outage wasn’t their fault, a good business should give some form of compensation when their guests have no water, electricity or air during a July night. Shouldn’t only give it to those who yell at or take their frustration out on staff.

j'ai paye pour un petit déjeuner digne d'un hotel 5 etoiles mais j'etais surpris d'avoir un café, un gateau et une bouteille d'eau or un jus or un yougurt. tous les hotels que j'ai choisi "breakfast included" peut importe 3 , 4 ou 5 etoiles correspondaient ce que "Breakfast included" veut dire, un petit dejeuner riche et varié.

Je suis tres deçu et si j'aurai à revenir je n'irai jamais à cet hotel.

A descent hotel weighed down by old linens, bad plumbing and rude staff.
Pros:

The location was good; safe and near good restaurants. The room was a good size for the price.

Cons:

The staff were rude and unprofessional. The linens (bedsheets and towels) were old and stained. Bathroom sink was clogged. Toilet was leaking.
Room smelled like sewage. There was a leftover food in the fridge when we arrived.

The valet parking needs work check out is 11 nobody at the stand and only one person working have to wait for them to get the other waiting may need more than one worked on a weekend also rooms should have a microwave for the price

Nice stay overall
Pros:

This hotel is very close to Bourbon Street. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable. Most staff is helpful and pleasant to interact with.

Cons:

Breakfast was very expensive with not much to offer. The room that we had had an ugly view.

Overall stay was excellent
Pros:

Room was beautiful. Could have used more coffee stocked in the room (we asked they brought us right away), the lighting was beautiful but not bright when needed (bathroom and over sick/coffee area)

Cons:

Better Valet attendance, took awhile for someone to come out each time to get our vehicle
