Location was good, most staff friendly

Cons:

Pillows smelled really bad, got new ones and they were good. Coffee etc not refilled unless asked for it. See

We enjoyed our stay because of the staff and the comfortable room.
Pros:

The staff answered all our questions and were very helpful in securing a cap in the middle of the night. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet so that we were able to sleep peacefully.

No safe in the room. The coffee area was very expensive for what it was. No access to a kettle, though there was a coffee maker.
No obvious entrance to hotel except through a parking area.
