BRAND AMBASSADOR! - CLEAN!

As in, REALLY CLEAN!

As with any brand hotel, you expect a certain level of professionalism, you expect the plug sockets in the same place, you expect the water pressure to be the same, you expect the tv to be the same height, you expect the coffee to be exactly the same,

This Holiday Inn Express is exactly and more of exactly what you expect and want, to me this hotel should be a brand ambassador, its as if it was sat next to corporate head offices, (unsure if its even in this state) but wow, what a place, i usually only stay in hotels for a week, no matter where am, ive just extended for 8 days,

The owner must be a intelligent man too, because that ev charger is always busy, and they could definitely afford to loose more to make more money, they ample and SAFE parking situation is brilliant

The breakfast… as some of you know, i dont do hotel breakfasts, here, on the other hand, ive eaten it every morning, the pork sausages actually taste like sausages, the eggs arent awful, and the bread ISNT COLD AND STIFF! I know WELL DONE

The staff, well they are all fantastic, no issues no problems, very polite very nice, and accommodating.

The one and only thing id ask is please find a place to put a laundry in!
Get a company in that just pays you to have them no cash, no maintenance, just like the ev chargers , youd make a small fortune!

Relaxing location to come back to after long days at the hospital.
Pros:

We were visiting our daughter who is in the hospital and this location was a much better place than where we stayed the first three nights, the lady that runs the breakfast is friendly and keeps the place immaculate.

Great for business and pleasure
Pros:

I’ve been to this location about 20 nights this year and always feel welcome and enjoy the stay. There are four holiday inns along El Camino but I find this to be my favorite.
The staff has always been very friendly and accommodating.
Will definitely continue to be my preferred hotel when in the Sunnyvale area.

飯店的員工服務態度非常友善及良好。周圍環境還不錯，可以走路到桑尼威爾的圖書館及civi Hall 周圍樹木挺高大，白天出去走一走，空氣挺新鮮的。 飯店隔壁的小型商業購物中心，有一家越南麵店，挺好吃。 飯店的咖啡任意喝到飽，挺不錯！ 早餐雖然簡易，但足夠吃到飽。橘子汁＆牛奶挺好喝。

冰箱的馬達聲音有點吵。

My go to place near Stanford
Pros:

I’ve stayed here 5 times and each time the room has been spotless, the breakfast has healthy items and not just carbs and they have charging stations with reasonable rates. It’s convenient to Stanford and lots of restaurants for any taste close by.

Stafff very prompt and helpful . Got me set up with in room coffee which I appreciated.

Easy layout to get to front desk and amenities

Good to stay but price should be down
Pros:

Location and accessibility was very good. Room was clean and hygienic too. Staff's behavior was very good.

Cons:

Room was initially assigned at Ground floor. Also, not much amenity available. Price should be reduced. Sometimes AC stopped working as well.
