Lovely staff very pleasant helpful
The room we were in was very dark bathroom was basic no natural light. Not enough pillows

La ubicación,
El baño (la ducha incómoda demasiado pequeña, si se cae el jabón tengo que salir para recogerlo porque muy estrecho) las paredes de la habitación muy sucias no las pintan de años, el colchón no lo renuevan por años.
Los recepcionistas del hotel fueron muy amables, simpáticos y serviciales excepto el de la noche del sábado. Tuvimos una incidencia con la tarjeta y este chico nos atendió bastante mal, dándonos una solución pésima y dejándonos sin luz ni aire durante toda la noche. Sin embargo, por lo demás todo excelente y vuelvo a reiterar que los demás recepcionistas tanto el de la mañana como el de la tarde fueron muy simpáticos, amables y serviciales.
La ubicación estaba muy bien. Nuestra habitación estaba bien equipada ( aunque entre lo que ofrecía decía “minibar” no lo hubo, ni lo preguntamos) el colchón cómodo y el cambio de toallas era diario.
Habían zonas del hotel que se veían un poco “viejas” pero es por decir algo.

The hotel is in a very good prime location and the place is massive. The staff was very friend couldn't wish for better staff. The room was good it was clean to acceptable manner and the bed sheets was clean also. The bathroom was okay apart from shower door was broken but still useable. For the price considering it prime location I say it was very good and I would 100% use again.
Very minor things the lift was a little noisy but it worked fine. The door lock didn't work but it did on the card lock just internal lock didn't work. Shower door broken but it still worked fine.... apart from that this hotel I really say please do stay. This just me being picky
It's central location. It's only 7 minutes from the main train station. ,10 minutes from a lot of the worthwhile attractions.
I didn't like that I only spent 2 nights there, will spend longer next time.

Solo había un enchufe en el cuarto de baño para cargar el móvil...cuando vas en pareja ese tema era complicado.
El colchón no era muy bueno y el desayuno tampoco. Muy pocas opciones
Os funcionários eram simpáticos
O quarto era muito diferente das fotografias, muito mais pequeno e muito menos cómodo do que aparentava. A casa de banho tinha um tamanho razoável mas o chuveiro não fechava e ficava tudo molhado. Além disso, no quarto ao lado é pelos corredores, alguns dos hóspedes faziam tanto barulho que foi impossível dormir, falamos com o funcionário que está de serviço mas não fez nada para ajudar

We had a few young teenagers in the room next to us and they partied into the early hours of the morning. We didn't get any sleep during our stay during to this constant noise from the party in the middle of the night. We complained and asked the night staff to speak tonthem bit nothing was done. We spoke to Simone this morning and he said he will raise this with the hotel manager and will request a refund on our behalf. We will never book this hotel again.
