Comfortable if a bit pricey stay in Vernon.
Pros:

Convenient location, pleasant staff, large rooms, quiet even though on highway, restaurant on site was OK. No charge EV charging and free wifi.

Cons:

Restaurant morning hours were not as convenient as hoped. Advertised as 7:30 start which is a bit late for a breakfast for a working day. But one day wasn't open until 8 as the restaurant had a tour group first. No harm done as there was another restaurant directly across the highway that opened at 7. It was early summer season but seemed a bit expensive but maybe that is just the way it is in a summer tourist area.

Central and comfy!
Pros:

Conveniently located hotel, very clean, friendly and helpful front desk staff. We stayed in a king bed room that was very spacious and well appointed. Really comfortable bed!! Didn’t have time to try the restaurant but would definitely return.

Good Stay Overall but Housekeeping and Check-Out Need Improvement
Pros:

We recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience, though there were a few areas that could be improved.

The pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable, which we appreciated very much during our stay. My husband also really enjoyed using the gym facilities. The hotel itself was comfortable, and we had a relaxing time overall.

However, the housekeeping service was not what we expected. We did not sign up for the hotel’s green program, so we were surprised that on our second day we had to call just to request clean towels, coffee refills, and trash removal. I even had to put the plastic liner in the garbage bin myself.

Unfortunately, the check-out process was also disappointing because it was not handled correctly the first time. We had to return to the hotel so my credit card could be swiped properly and to obtain an official receipt, which took additional time. From my observation, the front desk staff at that time did not seem fully confident with the process.

Overall, we enjoyed some of the hotel amenities, especially the pool, hot tub, and gym, but housekeeping and front desk service could definitely be more attentive.

Pros:

Breakfast was good. All of the Staff were friendly. Facility was clean and tidy.

Cons:

Being woken up before 6 a.m. because of the extremely loud banging noise of the water (I guess going through the pipes) when the guests next to our room were taking a shower. This is why I would not stay here again.

Enjoyable
Pros:

My daughter and son live in Veron. The location was was easy to find and fast in and out when going to her house. Easy private access to my room. Beautiful shower. No tub which sucked.

Cons:

No bath tub.
We travelled 8 hrs and the front staff haves us hassle over my credit card. I was tired, exshausted and hot and they wouldn’t have given us the room I booked had I not been amazing and recalled numbers. Not cool.
